AN:-ON THE LAST FEW PARTS NOW !! 🎉🎉 I'M ACTUALLY TEARING UP BECAUSE IT'S ALMOST TIME TO SAY GOODBYE TO THIS SPECIAL TALE...
"Kim JongHyun, is that you?"
An elderly, jovial looking man came into view as he approached a rigid JongHyun with open arms and a beaming wide smile. JongHyun upon seeing the elderly male finally let loose a small smile, releasing his icy frown as he stepped forward and warmly reciprocated the elderly man's embrace, his tense shoulders somewhat resting.
"Mr Kang." He softly murmured out, an ever present smile on his full lips. "It's so good to see you."
The man laughed as he fondly clapped JongHyun on the back. "Ah my boy, it's so good to see you too!"
JongHyun smiled pleasantly. "I didn't think you'd be here at this time of day." He looked at his Rolex. "You're generally at home by now."
The man nodded, still beaming. "I'm not here normally, yes but today for some reason I just wanted to stay and good for me because I got to see your face again, my son."
JongHyun chuckled. "You can just call me when you want to see me, Mr Kang." He smiled. "You know I'll always make time to come over when you need me."
Mr Kang grinned, nodding. "You're the son I wish I had."
JongHyun looked bashful at that admiring compliment. "How have you been? Is Mrs Kang feeling better yet?" JongHyun had a genuine smile on his face as he spoke and I felt a sudden onslaught of adoration for him.
He was always so poised and cordial, I mused whilst admiring his broad back as he smoothly conversed with the elderly gentleman. He never failed to please, no matter the time or place and that was something I always used to hold him in my highest regards.
"Oh, she's much better now thankfully and honestly speaking just misses you greatly, my son! You must come by again and let her fuss over you soon or else I feel like she'll drive me mad with her constant asking of where you are and how you are!"
JongHyun laughed at that, nodding his head agreeably. "I will definitely come by again soon."
"She enjoys stuffing you with all the food she makes."
"Oh." JongHyun grinned cheekily. "I enjoy that very much as well."
Suddenly someone called out to Mr Kang and he turned back to face them, holding up a finger to indicate he was coming before clapping JongHyun on the back with a proud smile.
"Come with me JongHyun. I want to show you something new that I recently obtained and I also have ready over there what you requested of me a few weeks ago."
JongHyun looked back worriedly at me but I gave him a reassuring look and with a last look in my direction he reluctantly walked away after the elderly gentleman who had already made his way over to where he had been called. He kept looking back at me, his eyes distressed but I gave him the best reassuring grin I could until he disappeared from sight altogether, the hues of people in the shop engulfing him in their masses.
Sighing I turned back round to the nuisance and without paying him much due, sipped leisurely on my drink, carrying on with the task that JongHyun had asked of me and letting my eyes languidly scour and select the pieces that I liked.
"Ma'am would you like me to take out this bracelet for you?" The leeching nuisance spoke up amidst my thoughts, pointing to a chunky gold hooped band.
"If I may be so bold and say-"
"Don't say it." I muttered uninterested, not even wanting to know what he was going to say. "Keep it to yourself."
I looked up momentarily, flashing a fake as grin his way. "Thank you."
I looked down again and from my peripheral, I saw him lewdly smirk, not taking the hint I was practically shoving in his face and still carrying on with his gibberish. "-THAT I think it would look absolutely beautiful on your fair porcelain type skin."
Without waiting for me to reply this time, he took my right hand in his and placed the cold trinket on, his hands feeling and groping at me.
"Excuse me!" I was quick to snatch my hand back.
What the hell did he think he was doing?!
