Stephen and Wanda have a lot in common, even beyond their wizarding capabilities. They are both very scarred people, and have been through a lot and built themselves a new life. They haven't met on-screen, but we all know it'd be a very awesome team up.
Do I ship it?
To be honest, not really. I don't really ship Wanda with anyone, but for this particular ship, I've always seen Strange as more of a mentor rather than a lover. In the comics, he becomes a sort-of mentor to her.
