Why people ship them:
Similar to the reasons of Ironfrost/lokitony, Natasha and Loki could've found similarities and comfort in each other. They were both mentally abused as children, and isolated themselves until the end of their arcs, where they both discovered they found their real famililies.
Do I ship it?
Y'all I just realized I wrote that last paragraph in past tense... ouch. But do I ship it? No, not anymore. I used to in my 2012 Avengers days (AKA 2014 for me because that's when I got into the MCU), but now I don't just because looking back, Loki was pretty vile to her.
