Trans!patrick is back
IOH era
Today Patrick was going to get his first T shot. Even though Pete hated needles he went there for Patrick. He wanted to comfort Patrick.
They knew that when they called Patrick back they were gonna use his birth name.
"Jane Stump." They both cringed but went back together. "I know you probably hate being called that but I can't call you Patrick until you get your name changed. I can called you Patrick in the doctors room if you would like."
"Yes that would make me more comfortable." Patrick said quietly.
"Okay. Then Patrick it is." The doctor said walking into the room. "I'm gonna assume this is your boyfriend."
"Yes, that's my boyfriend, Pete."
"Hi Pete. I'm Dr.Benzedrine. I'm Patrick's doctor that will be here throughout the whole process. I need to do a couple tests if that's okay."
"No you're fine. Do your test. Am I aloud to stay in here?"
"Of course. Anyway Patrick, when was the last time you took a depression test."
"I was about 18."
"Okay. Well I'm gonna do one of those on you so if you could answer these questions that would be great."
Time skip to the part that everyone is probably waiting for.
"Here you Patrick. I'm gonna show you how to do it. Your just going to take some out. Then put it in your thigh and then push."
Pete was having mixed emotions. He was pacing outside of the room. They kicked him but left the door open so he could see.
He was mad that he was kicked out. Scared for Patrick and that the doctor was going to hurt him. Happy that Patrick was getting this done. And sad. He doesn't really know why he's sad he just is.
"Ready Patrick."
"Yes." There was silence. Pete looked in. Patrick seemed fine.
"Okay. You are all set."
"Cool." Patrick said. He looked up to see Pete. Pete looked like he was going to cry.
"I'm gonna go get you more things for it. Pete you can come back in." The doctor left and Pete ran in.
"I'm so proud of you. Baby, you don't understand how big of a change this is."
"I love you Pete."
"I love you too Patrick." Patrick kissed Pete. Right as they pulled apart the doctor came back.
"Here you go Patrick. Now you can go."
"Bye." Pete and Patrick said in unison.

When they got to Pete's house they went to his room and Patrick laid on his bed while Pete took off his jacket.
"Want to take of your binder?"
"I should." Patrick stands up to pull off his shirt. Pete covered his eyes. "Peter we have been over this you don't need to look away when I take off my binder."
"I just want you to be comfortable and not feel judged. That's all."
Patrick pulled off his shirt and binder and took one of Pete's oversized sweatshirts.
"Okay, I'm done." Pete un covered his eyes. "Hey Petey." Patrick said in his high pitched voice. He doesn't get like that unless he wants something from Pete.
"Yes, my love."
"I want to see you tattoos. Take off your shirt." When Patrick was nervous or sad he traced Pete's tattoos. It calmed him and Pete loved it. Pete pulled his shirt over his head. He tossed across the room. He hopped on his bed next to Patrick.
Just like Pete thought Patrick started tracing his tattoos. "What's wrong my love?"
"Nothing." Patrick mumbled. Obviously Pete didn't believe him.
"You don't trace my tattoos unless, I'm stressed, you're sad, or nervous. I'm not stressed so it must be you."
"I was thinking of my mom when I was getting my shot done. Would she be proud? She kicked me out because I was trans and gay. Would she be proud that I'm here with you right now a couple hours after getting my first shot?"
"Don't let her take over your mind Patrick. I know you care and you worry about her but she never called to apologize. She never called and told you she was proud of you or the band. I know you don't want to here this but she doesn't care."
"You are lucky to have parents who accept you and love you."
"It wasn't always like that you know. I got kicked out. Obviously before I met you. They kicked me out when I was 15. When I was 17 I was dating a guy and they saw how happy I was. Then they let me back it and then they supported me through everything. Me and that boy broke and he hurt me really badly and then my parents didn't want me dating anymore because I got hurt really badly. Then I started dating you. It was your 18th birthday. They were scared A. Because you were young and B. Because you were trans and having family issues. I didn't live with them anymore but still."
"You never told me you got kicked out."
"I didn't think it was important. I didn't want to make you upset because you mom never did anything to get you back. My parents did."
"I love your family."
"And my family loves you." Pete kisses Patrick's head as he falls asleep.
