A year after the battle for Karakura, Aizen was sealed away in the depths of the Soul Society, shamed for what he has done. Kaname and Gin were killed by battles during the war, and many of the arrancar that were left had been returned to Las Noches. Ichigo had lost his powers after using Final Getsuga Tensho, and nothing has been heard from him ever since. I wanted to go visit him, but I had now been helping out Captain Hirako and Lieutenant Hinamori with duties. However, today was going to be different.
Today, was the day that I was going to be married to Byakuya.
I was awake beside him, blushing nervously. "Byakuya-Kun.."
"Hm..? Good Morning, Hisana. What has you all flustered?"
"I'm just nervous."
"Why are you nervous?"
"D-Don't you know what today is?" Byakuya looked up at his calendar with sleepy eyes, but then they went wide in shock.
He raced out of bed and went to his bathhouse.
"Madame Kusonarii.."
Rukia walked in. "Come with me."
I followed her out and all the way to a shop with bridal kimonos and a salon.
"Rukia.. what are we..?"
"You're bridal kimono is here, and I also wanted to make sure you had some help today getting ready for your special day. You make my brother really happy, so I'm sure you're going to be a great sister to me."  She smiled, and then Orihime, Rangiku, Momo, and a few other female soul reapers appeared. My eyes went wide and I smiled with tears running down my cheeks. I haven't felt this happy in a long time.

As the hours staggered by, the girls helped me get ready for this special day. They had helped get my makeup all nice, and styled my hair. My hair was pinned up and to the side,  with a few curls hanging down. In my hair was my mother's hairpiece, the Kusonarii silver pin. That important family heirloom I would hand off to my daughter, if Byakuya and I have kids in the future.

I stood, looking at myself in the mirror. My bridal kimono was pure white with red floral accents to be in relation to the Kusonarii Clan.

I was turned around to face Orihime and the others, whom were all ready to go. We headed out to the Kuchiki Manor, where there was already a bunch of Captains and others within the Soul Society waiting. Byakuya was standing at the altar, dressed in the formal Kuchiki Clan attire with the robe, sunflower silk gauze scarf, but not the headpiece. He may have ditched it, but I was not certain.

The ladies entered, and there was a cutout to let my zanpoktou physically manifest beside me.

Is this... so my parents can witness this?

I cut it with AkumaTsubasa, and she, along with the souls of my parents physically manifested. "H-Hisana.." My parents looked at me with wide eyes. "You look beautiful.."

"Mom, Dad. I wanted to make sure you could physically be here for today. You too, AkumaTsubasa. Dad... will you escort me down the aisle..?" His eyes became glossy with tears.

"You know it."

The traditional music sounded, Rukia, Orihime and Rangiku headed out, lining up with Ichigo, Renji, and Kisuke.

Then, as I walked out with my father, and veil over my face, the whole crowd gasped in awe and rose.

"Madame Hisana Kusonarii.. the last, of the Kusonarii Clan."

I stood before Byakuya now at the Altar as my parents stood back a little bit, teary eyed. He lifted the veil from my face, smiling.

"You look radiant, Hisana." It was the first I've seen him smile in a long time.

We looked into each other's eyes as the Buddhist smiled, speaking.

Byakuya and I said our "I dos" and kissed each other.

"Now, Mr. and Mrs. Kuchiki!"

The others applauded and soon, and we all began to socialize for the night.
