Chapter 4: Reunited

With Ichigo and Company....

Ichigo stopped and stood a for a moment in the midst of the Rukongai District. "Guys, do you sense that spirtual pressure?" Orihime nodded. "It seems familar..do you think that could be.."

Ichigo's eyes went wide. "It's gotta be Hisana..."

"Hisana? Here? In the Soul Society?"  Uryu asked as he, Orihime, Chad and Yourichi took after him as he ran. 

"Yeah!" Ichigo shouted back. "She's part of a noble family. " 

"Which one?" Yourichi asked, running admist on their paws. "Rukia had said something about Kusonarii clan?"

"That's impossible! That whole clan was killed!" 

"Well, it's obvious that it wasn't!"

I ran outside of the barrier of the Soul Society and ran into the Rukongai District, which led me directly to Ichigo and friends. "Ichigo!" I tackled him the instant I saw his strawberry orange hair. 

"Hisana! You're okay! You got your powers back?" 

"Yes. " I stood up, frowning. "But I know what happened to my real parents. They sealed their souls in this blade along with my hollow self and my zanpoktou's material self. 

"You have a hollow side.." Ichigo whispered as I nodded. "Now come on! We gotta go save Rukia!" We dashed out of the Rukongai and were about to tread into the Sereitei. When a wall came crashing down. It was the whole outer barrier of the Soul Society, guarded by four extremely difficult soul reapers. The barrier that we were at was guarded by Jidanbo, who had a younger brother in Squad 2. 

"You shall not pass from here. You're Ryoka.. I must have you all terminated for the Sake of the Soul Society!" He began throwing attacks at Ichigo with his twin axes. He began to struggle.

"Gah!" Shards of the axes were flying everywhere as Ichigo laid zangetsu across his back. He had destroyed Jidanbo's axes. "M-My beautiful axes...!" He started to cry and Ichigo looked up at him. "Hey! Don't cry! We can always get them fixed for you. If you could let us in, we have to save our friend Rukia.." 

"Miss Rukia? Why didn't you say so!?" He smiled. "Ill open the gate for you." He began to lift up the gate when a sly looking man with silver hair and a shikasho appeared. He wore a white Haiori Coat. "T-That..is.." My eyes went wide. "My, my! What do we have here? Helping traitors, I see." It was Captain Gin Ichimaru of Squad 3. "Jidanbo I can't have you bringing the ryoka in here! That would cause a great ruckus in the Soul Society!" He swung his zanpoktou and cut Jidanbo's arm clear off. He cried out in pain as the blood poured out. "You bastard! He wasn't doing anything to you!" Ichigo charged at him and before he could: "SHOOT EM' DEAD! SHINSO!" 

Gin's zanpoktou stretched far, pushing Ichigo out as the gate fell down. "Bye-bye!" Gin smiled before his face disappeared from view. "That bastard!" Ichigo pounded the wall. We all helped pick up Jidanbo, who was now unconscious from his injuries and we took him to a nearby barn so Orihime could heal him with her powers. "Soten Kisshun, I reject!"  

Orihime stood with Jidanbo, healing his arm for three days straight so then we could continue our journey onward to rescue Rukia. We had to head to see someone named Kukaku as Yourichi had said....

The sounds of a stampede echoed throughout the room. Four men riding boars came into the area, demanding that people give them food. "It's Ganju and his gang!" 

Ichigo stood up and walked out. "You need to leave these people alone." 

"And who's to tell me? Soul Reaper?! I HATE soul reapers!" 

Ganju began throwing attacks at Ichigo as they began to duke it out. Ganju throws a whistle and his boar, Bonnie, jumps in the air and lands on Ichigo. 

"Damn it!" 

"Boss!" One of Ganju's henchman called. "It's almost your curfew! Your sis is gonna kill you!" 

"Damn it! You haven't seen the last of me Soul Reaper!" 

They ran off into the night. I ran to Ichigo's side and helped him up. "Are you okay?" He silently nodded and carried his own weight back into the place that we were staying in for the night. He had seemed to be off in character. He ignored everyone.

We were all up the next morning to head to Kukaku Shiba's place. Ichigo was still in the hut, pouting away. Orihime and Uryu had tried to coax him out, but Chad took matters into his own hands, picking him up and throwing him out of the room. 

"Thanks Chad.." Ichigo gave a thumbs up. 

We left  the outskirts of Rukongai then, heading to the middle of nowhere to Kukaku's.  

"This is literally the weirdest house I've ever seen." I stared at the house with two statues of arms holding a barrier-like sign up. "Shiba House..." 

I felt sick .
