You know I strongly believe Thursdays are the most diabolical of all days, one might disagree but yes, when contemplated you'll accede.
Mondays, Tuesdays are the worst ones for sure, can't be averted.Wednesdays are bearable whereas weekends are the ones when one should Plank for that's the only way you can ensure they pass in the slowest possible way.
Thursdays have truly no qualms for they sure as hell make you wait, crave and crawl for those weekends that you know are gonna pave way for the next dreadful week in a jiffy.Ha! A vicious cycle. Night Night! Hoping to not see you next week, dear Thursday.
~ Aavya, on a classic boring Thursday.

" Yes! I remember it is a Thursday, I heard that the first time and yea, I'm on my way...Gosh! " Aman hung up.
" Ayan! Ayan? Are you done? Logan is already at the site. I received Rosie's text. She's on her way..." He shouted.
" Can't a man eat his breakfast in peace?" Ayan walked out of the dining area in a black coat and blue shirt.
Aman marveled at the fact that his brother was quite handsome yet still single. Suspicious.
" Are you sure you single? " He asked laughing.
" Why? Is only Aman Raichand allowed to look handsome in a suit?" He smirked offering his apple to his twin.
" Suits, don't suit me no more." He said, dusting off the imaginary dust off his blue jeans and crisp linen shirt.
" Yeah! Mr. Chef duly noted. "
" Kids! No skipping breakfast! " Ahana halted them as soon as they were about to leave.
" Mumma..." They both said in unison.
A shift of nostalgia swept over the three of them. The good old days weren't back yet a feeling of normalcy was making its way again.
" What's for breakfast?" Their little sister waddled downstairs yawning and still in her pajamas.
" Ahana! Where's my blue tie? It's Thursday..." Then came Ansh, the usual forgetful self.
All the five of them together in their living room, staring at each other, somewhat bewildered but full of satisfying contentment. The missing jolt which loomed over their heads had vanished and the good old days were back, even if it was for a brief moment.
" Uh... Breakfast is served, so the two of you, off you go, c'mon don't give me those looks. Sweetie, it's eggs, PB&J and milk for you. Ansh, the blue one always stays right up on the left side of the drawer." Ahana announced all in one go.
The boys left without arguing.
" Mumma..." Aavya yawned for the nth time.
" Ahana... It's not there..." Ansh was shouting again from his room.
She sighed at the two rough ones. These were the arduous duo of the house. Even Aurum was lying peacefully, sprawling in the sun.
" I'll make you something else, whatever you want, please brush first. Ansh... On my way... " She glanced at the boys who were eating in obeisance and followed Ansh upstairs.
He was busily setting his hair up, one other thing he was obsessed with.
" Ansh! " He followed her only to find his tie resting blissfully at that exact place.
