~Santi's POV~It's wrong me of to feel as mad as I do about Luke looking at Ida. He's just an asshole and I'm overprotective of what's not mine; simple as that. He's always teased her and has even gone as far as he physically hurt her, but then he has told me he has a thing for her. It might be his screwed, sick way of letting his emotions out towards her, but it pisses me off. I can just by him looking at her she's getting uncomfortable.
"I'll be right back," I tell her. She gives me a small nod, shooting me one of her small, shy smiles. Making my way over to Like, I force my anger down, telling myself I won't lose it immediately. He rolls his eyes once he notices me coming.
"What the hell do you want?" He asks, eyeing me. He's probably waiting for me to start throwing punches. Trust me, I want nothing more than to do that, but the night has just begun and I'm actually having a good time with Ida. This is the first time she's ever actually okay with being around me; she's probably just acting, but it's something to help my ego that she constantly tears down.
"Nothing. Just wanted to see you," I say, standing at his side. He scoffs, rolling his eyes. Oh, how I want to hurt this mother fucker.
"Ida sure looks good tonight," he says, trying to get under my skin. I just hum in response. He's not wrong. "She's showing more skin."
"It's just her arms. If that gets you off I'm even more worried for your sanity," I say, rubbing my temples. My head hurts from Dante slamming it into a wall. All I told the douchebag was that he's too sloppy with his work and the next thing I know is that we were fighting.
"No, what gets me off is the thought of her riding me," he says. He's pushing it. "Don't you think about the same thing?"
"Are you trying to seduce me? You're a real freak," I say, winking at him. Thank you Uncle Grandpa Zurine for my sense of humor. He cringes, shaking his head. "One more thing, stop staring at her unless you want to get your ass beat." His face pales, not able to hide his emotions.
I don't stay around long enough to hear what he has to say. Ida looks up at me as I drop down beside her. That smile she gave me when I got up is completely gone and she looks to have shut down again like usual. "Did I do something wrong?" I ask.
"No," she says, her voice a little sharp. It would make me laugh if I wasn't scared she was mad at me.
"Woah, you didn't run away," Eliza says, finally coming back with Junior, their hair going in different directions and lips swollen. She hands Eliza a cup. She looks down at it, smelling it first. "Oh come on, I wouldn't give you alcohol without asking you. Unless I'm trying to have with you."
"You joke so much about that, that I wonder if it's true," Junior says. Ida nearly spits out whatever it is she's drinking. Is it? "I'm about ready to leave."
"We just got here," I say. And Ida is talking to me.
"You two can stay," Eliza suggests. "Santi could drive you home?"
"N-no," Ida says in a panic. "I'll just go home." We all get up. I'm disappointed that I won't be able to spend more time with Ida, but I understand that she doesn't want to be around me alone. I make her uncomfortable without meaning to with my comments.
"Can you still drop her off?" Eliza asks. Can she seriously not tell that Ida doesn't want that? I look down at Ida for her to figure out if she's okay with that or not.
"I'm okay with that," I say. All eyes go to Ida who shrugs.

"So, how is your family?" I ask, trying to make conversation. She hadn't said one word to me since we started driving. I'm trying to find a way to her house since the usual way we go is blocked off.
"They're fine," she answers. "Yours?"
"As good as those crazy asses can be," I say with a smile. I stop the car, trying to think of another way to get her home. "So your entire neighborhood is blocked off." She lives in a small gated community that's gate are supposedly not working until ten in the morning. "You can stay with me if you want."
"Huh?" She says in genuine shock.
"You don't have you, I just assumed you wouldn't want to bother Eliza cause god knows what she and Junior are up to and you can't go home. Um, I can sleep on the floor -or couch- so you can take the bed. I'll stay away from you and drop you off in the morning when the gates are working again. Or-"
"I'll stay with you," she says, clasping her hands together. I can tell she's not completely comfortable with that, but she doesn't have much of a choice. Part of me wants to call Junior saying Castel needs us just so Eliza will be free and Ida can go with her. It's not cause I don't want her with me, cause I do, but I don't want her to be weird around me.
"You sure?"
"Yeah."AN: Shit about to get hot...but in what way? Sorry if this chapter sucks, I'm trying. I really hope you enjoyed!
