September four started out the same way my days always start.  I woke up... had breakfast with Julia...did my morning routine, attended my morning classes.... had lunch with Julia... and then finished my classes.

It wasn't until when I was walking to get to my dorm did everything change.

The best thing about a big unversity is that it's easy to blend in.  Going to class from my dorm and back is a practiced sport to me.  I always manage to pass by groups of seniors unnoticed or a group of touring High Schoolers wihout getting asked what's it like to be in College.

But I'm not perfect.  And once in a blue moon I find myself walking in the wrong direction desperately trying to catch a ball that's way above my head.  Apparently, September four was a blue moon.

The bump wasn't hard.  I didn't even notice it.  I had planned to go straight, not even bothering with a murmured apology but he had other plans - and has no sense of personal space whatsoever.

He grabbed my arms... just above my elbow, looked straight into my eyes and said,

"Sorry."
