Lacey's POV

"Did you hear what Shawn did at his last concert?" My best friend Adeline asks me as we walk into Cole's house. "What'd he do?" Cole asks as we all gather into the living room. "He finally made it official you guys broke up... he cried so hard onstage he couldn't finish the song he was singing so his fans sang it for him." She says. "Wow... it feels weird to think about it being official." I sit back.

"Shawn has been texting and calling everyday... trying." I sigh as I scroll through my phone. All I see is hate. I lost a lot of followers and I'm getting to the point where I might have to start turning my comments off. "This fucking sucks. Look what his fans have been doing!" I show Adeline my phone. "Damn. I'd turn off your comments and lay low for awhile." Cole says grabbing my phone out of my hand.

"There. I turned them all off." Cole says patting my shoulder and going to his room to get his keys. "I don't know when I'll be back." Then he leaves. "Can I spend the night at your house after we drop off Macy and Caleb off at my Aunt's house." Adeline nods.

Shawn's POV
Holiday Inn Express London

It's my second to last day in London and all I've done is try to keep it together. "Im nothing without Lacey, mom!" "Sweetie it's okay. Have you apologized?" I shake my head. "I've tried... Lacey won't answer her phone!" That's when Aaliyah steps in. "You need to go to her then. Show her you still care." I run a hand through my hair. "I could try. I have a break before the America tour." My mom shrugs.

"Mom, should I?" She smiles. "Your father did that once. I don't remember what I was mad about but I tried leaving and he followed me." "That's awesome. I hope it works out the same way it did you guys." I hug her and Aaliyah, text my dad and the crew, and head to Andrew's room to tell him what I'm doing after tomorrow's show.

Lacey's POV

We walk up to my aunt's door. "Aunt Lisa! Hello!" I say as she opens the door. "Oh my god!" She cries out and hugs me as Macy and Caleb walk in. "I've missed you so much!" She kisses my cheek and leads Adeline and me inside. "You look great Adeline! It's been so long!" She says as we sit down in the living room.

"Thank you, you look amazing as well!" They smile. "Have you talked to my mom?" She shakes her head. "She's left a couple drunk messages but that's about it. I sigh. "But I did get this." She pulls out an envelope addressed to me.

I open it. Once I finish reading it I drop it. "I can't believe it." I mumble. "Who was it?" Adeline asks. "My dad... he hasn't contacted me since he left after Macy was born." I feel a tear run down my face. "He left his number and address." Aunt Lisa says handing the letter back to me. "How'd he know where to send it. "Probably found it online." I nod.

"He lives in the same town as Shawn does. "Pickering?" I nod. "We should go!" Adeline exclaims standing up. "Are you sure?" She starts to drag me to the door. "Yes! By Lisa!" "Bye Aunt Lisa!" I yell as I'm dragged to the car.
