Lacey's POV
SSE Hydro

I went to the stadium early with Andrew today to help with the setting up and finishing touches. Shawn said he'd meet us there later and wanted to go get coffee. Alessia is coming with me, as well as Connor. The band went with Shawn to get coffee. But later today we had sound check so that's probably when they'll all be back.

"Josiah I thought you'd go with Shawn and take pictures?" I ask as we walk into the Arena. "I want to get some photos of the set once it's up in the empty stadium." He says. I nod my head and run to catch up with Alessia. "So are we actually here to set up?" She giggles out. "Fifty-fifty." I shrug and and head over to Andrew. "Andrew! Once we're set up can I have a jam session on stage?" He nods and starts ordering everyone around to finish the set up of the stage.

I help out with lighting and sound booth, I took classes on it in high school so I know the basics of it all. "Ooo, That lighting during bad reputation would be so cool!" I squeal as we plan out what colors to use.

After about three and a half hours everything is set up. "Lacey, still want to do your jam session?" I nod and Alessia runs up on stage with me. "What song should we jam out to?" Alessia asks. "Centerfold? I know it's the 80's but it's amazing!" She nods and we ask for that.

Halfway through us dancing to it I notice that Shawn and everyone have been standing there watching Alessia and me be idiots. "That's my girlfriend." Shawn laughs out earning a playful glare from me. "Alessia, Lacey, sound check is in thirty minutes so pick the best songs you can." Andrew says before sitting back down to watch us be idiots.

"Options! By Loren Gray!" I yell to the sound booth guy... I still haven't learned his name. I grab a microphone and give a thumbs up to the guy to turn it on. He gives a thumbs up backs and I start to sing along. Shawn comes up and grabs his guitar, the band gets ready. Alessia grabs a microphone as well. "You guys know Sucker by Jonas Brothers, I hope." I say to Shawn's band. They nod. "Guys ready for an early sound check." Shawn asks. Many yeahs were said.

We start to play Sucker. Some fans come in since they paid for the soundcheck experience. "Oh my god!" One girl yells as we perform the song. I harmonize with Shawn and Alessia. Once we end the girls and guys cheer and applaud. "Now an actual one of my songs?" Shawn chuckles out. He starts to play the first chords of Under Pressure until his band catches on.

I sing teddy<3's part and I've never felt happier just singing with Alessia and Shawn and jamming out with the band. Once we finish Andrew walks over. "Everything works. You guys can play one more song and then it's break until the Q & A and meet and greet." Andrew says, we nod and laugh.

"Alessia, what song do you want to do?" Shawn asks her. "Let's do Here." She says. Shawn's and I stand back and let her take over. "She has such an amazing voice." I whisper to Shawn who nods in agreement.

Once Alessia finishes we all cheer and clap with the fans who came to see soundcheck. "Where do you guys want to go? I haven't gotten to eat yet today." Alessia nods at my comment. "There's a McDonalds down the road." Josiah says walking over. "I could go for a McFlurry." I shrug and we all head out to get food.

As Shawn transitioned to the piano and played a couple songs but then he did something that surprised me. "Can all of you please get as quiet as possible." He plays the beginning of A Little Too Much.
