After the fiasco in the first period, George thought that the rest of that day would be alright, but he was wrong.
The bang of his body against the set of lockers rang out through the empty hallway. School had ended fifteen minutes ago, leaving George all alone with Pete. He feels Pete's fist hit his face, then his stomach. George crumpled to the ground, Pete started to kick him over and over again.
"You are all alone Georgie." Pete chuckled."You don't have your new alpha, nor your two rich friends are here to protect your pathetic ass."
He received too many kicks from Pete to count. He stopped kicking when George was on the verge of passing out, leaned over his weakened and bloodied body, and planted a kiss on his lips, then left the young boy on the floor.
George tried to call out for help, but it hurt too much for him. He didn't recall when, but at some point, he had passed out.
An indeterminate about of time later, George woke up being carried by someone. He tried to angle his head upward to see who it was, but his head hurt too much. He only stayed awake for a few seconds before passing out once again.
The next time he woke up, he was in a soft bed. He felt bandages around wounds that Pete had given him. He opened his eyes, and slowly moved his eyes around the bedroom. The room wasn't his own, he made the connection that it was whoever had carried him out of the school's room. That's when he noticed the yelling from below him.
"You were supposed to bring back your damn textbook, not an omega!" He heard a male adult yell.
"But he was a hurt dad! I couldn't just leave him there!" He heard a familiar voice yell back.
"He is a male omega Richard! He probably deserved it!" He heard the first voice again, wincing at what he'd said.
"I know what he is, it isn't his fault dad!" The second voice, known as Richard, defended George. "George didn't choose to be an omega! If he had it his way he would be an alpha, and we wouldn't be in this situation right now!"
"Don't you think I know that boy! What he is is an abomination! If I knew that such an unnatural thing lived here, we wouldn't have moved here in the first place!"
Then George made the connection. He was at that new kid's house. Why would he have brought him to his house if he knew that he was going to be a problem?
George slowly made it to his feet and went for the window. He unlocked the seal. He pulled up the window, grabbed his backpack and climbed out of the room and onto the roof. He shut the window and turned around and went for the tree. He grabbed onto the branches as he slowly moved down the large tree.
Once touched the ground he quickly went to his house. By what it looked like outside George guessed that it was about 6:00 pm. His parents were probably freaking out by now since school ended almost 3 hours ago.
When he reached his doorstep was when all of the pain reached him. He stood there for a minute before he opened the door to his home. Once he did, his mother practically jumped on him, arms wrapping around him, sobbing into his shoulder.
"Mom, that hurts," George says wincing as her sobs shook both of their bodies.
"Sorry." She apologizes as she pulls herself away from her son to look at him. She sees the bandages and gasps.
"How did you get these?" She asked.
"I got the wounds from Pete Best, and I got the bandages from the new kid from a few doors down," I answer.
"Oh, how nice of the new kid, we have been meaning to meet them." She says.
"Not worth doing if your planning on mentioning that I'm an omega. They said I was an abomination, that I was unnatural." George told her, recalling what he heard.
"Oh." Was all she could say. She didn't like it when people called her son those names. She never liked it. Why couldn't everyone see that being a male omega wasn't such a bad thing? If he were a female alpha, he wouldn't get as much hate because he would be a woman.
She wished that everyone would look past what her son was and saw who he really is. If they just got to know him, maybe they wouldn't say such horrible things about him, do such horrible things to him. If only.
