George felt bad for leaving Richard like that, but there was no other way, right? Richard probably didn't want the burden of a kid anyway. If anything George was doing him a huge favor, right? Right?!?

Despite what he had done, George was heartbroken. He had known the guy for a few months, but he already knew that he had met his soul mate. And he had ruined his chances of growing old with him in one swift movement. He screwed things up for sure.

They were almost to the cabin now. George leaned his head against the window. He now deeply regretted the choice of not including Richard in this. It was to late now though. Richard probably never wanted to see him again.

So that was that. That moment in the hallway was the last time the two would see each other for a while......
