"Please Ritchie, please wake up. It's been days. Everyone's worried about you." Richard heard as he woke up. He opened his eyes and looked over to the source. It was George. He still cares?

"George?" He asked, voice scratchy.

"Oh my God." George sounded relieved. "You're awake." George looked like he hadn't slept in days. "I love you." He says. Richard smiled.

"I love you too." He answered. He reached out and held George's hand. George stood up over Richard and kissed him. He missed the way George's thin, smooth lips fit onto his. He tried to move one of his hands to George's cheeks, but the sharp pain in his forearm stopped him from doing so. Then he remembered why he was here.

How could he be so stupid? It was obvious that George loved him or he wouldn't have come back. Paul had probably told him that he had...changed since high school and that's why George was probably here.

"Richard." George's voice brings him out of his head. "You're staring at me." He pointed out.

"What's wrong with staring at you? You're beautiful." He commented, making the Omega blush deeply. Just like he did back in high school. He rubbed is thumb over George's knuckles as  a nurse walked in.

"Excuse me Mr. Harrison, but his bandages need to be changed." She said. George smiled, nodded, then walked out.

"That your husband?" She asked out of politeness.

"No, but soon hopefully." Richard said fondly thinking of the Omega that just left the room.

"Why'd you do it then?" She asked motioning towards the fresh bandages.

"We are kind of getting back together right now. The last time I saw him when we first had a relationship, something happened and he freaked out and ran away. He thought that I never wanted to see me again, so he told our friends where he was and not me. I actually did want to see him again, but each year we were apart I got sadder and sadder. Then before I got here to this hospital, I thought that he didn't love me, so I found no reason for me to stay here. That's why." I answered.

She just stared at me for a second before just nodding at me. She left the room after that and George walked back in. His mouth was opening and closing, he was obviously on the verge of saying something.
