The loud buzzing of my alarm clock on the nightstand rings through my ears. Grayson lets out a groan as I bury my face into his bare chest. Inhaling his sweet scent, my eyes slowly open. My body is wrapped around his, and I don't want to leave this comfortable position.
"Big day." He mumbles while opening his eyes. I'm met with those beautiful brown orbs.
"I don't want to go." I mutter while lying my head back down on his chest.
"Too bad. You're going to your first class." He sits up, causing my head to fall onto his lap. My eyes widen at the obvious bulge in his loose boxers.
"Good morning to you, too." I place my hand on the top of it and go to pull them down.
"No stop distracting me, you need to get ready." He hesitantly jumps up and rearranges his boxers.
"Wow, refusing a blowjob? Is there something in the New York air?" I sit up in the bed and rub my eyes.
"You can give me a blowjob tonight, as many times as you want. I can't have you being late to your first class." He walks across the room and throws a black t-shirt over his head.
"I'm just nervous." I finally rise to my feet and walk toward our bathroom.
"You've never been nervous in your entire life." He stands in the doorway, crossing his arms over his chest.
"I was nervous announcing my love for you at the award ceremony." I point out while sitting down on the toilet. The bathroom is just as big as the bedroom, which amazes me. After doing my business, I wash my hands and start to get ready for my important day.
"Well, besides that." A blush forms on his face from the thought. "It's going to be fine. You know the first day is just syllabus bullshit."
"The students there are all preppy and rich." I let out a breath.
"Who cares? You didn't give a shit in high school."
"This is more important than high school. I actually care about my future." I walk out of the bathroom and head for the walk-in closet.
"Wow, Stella Monroe turned soft." He says with a smirk.
"Have not!" I turn around and gasp at the accusation. "How dare you say such a thing."
"Aw, look at you getting all defensive. It's cute." He walks toward me and places a gentle hand on my cheek.
"You're right. I need to snap out of it. I'm from the south side, I'll beat these socialite bitches up in a heartbeat."
"There's the girl I know and hated." He smirks while planting a kiss on my lips.
"What should I wear?" I break away from him in order to gather my growing thoughts.
"Just wear a t-shirt and shorts."
"I need to make a good first impression, don't you think?" I bite down on my lower lip and rummage through my racks. "Maybe I should ask Lan-"
"No, don't even go there." He immediately cuts me off. "You don't want to open up that can of worms at eight in the morning."
"Maybe this romper?" Wow, I can't believe I'm picking out something girly. I really want to make a good impression at this school. I don't want the fact that I'm there because of a scholarship to cause any drama for me.
"I like that." Grayson nods while sitting on the edge of the bed.
I undress and begin to put on a strapless bra and a thong, making it more comfortable.
