'Just for the record, I am not a prick.'

Sunstreaker pushed me against the wall. 'No? Asshole was a better choice of words then?' I asked. He glared at me. 'I am not an asshole either,' he snarled. 'I think you are... you were rude to Ratchet,' I snapped. 'You don't even know him,' he snapped back. 'I know him for years... even far before I started working here. He was the one who tried to help save my brother and performed surgery on me and my mother. He came to our city to have dinner with us or hang out. He's my doctor far before I got here,' I snapped. He did a step back. Sunstreaker had to process that for a moment. 'He didn't really success saving your twin.'

'If he couldn't, no one could have saved him,' I snapped back. His eyes widened a little. 'He's the best CMO I know and he tried everything he could to save my brother,' I stated. 'You are the one who doesn't know him that well,' I said before walking off. 'You mean you have some gossips?' he asked, following me. 'I am not gonna gossip with you, Sunstreaker. We are done.' He laughed. 'How do you mean done?' he asked, walking beside me. 'You go your own way and I go mine.'
'I won't let a human tell me what to do,' he snorted. 'Doesn't have too, he will.' I pointed at Prowl behind him. Sunstreaker turned and I walked off, continuing my shift. A weak smirk pulled up on my lips. As much as I hate his behavior, I also kinda like it in some ways.

After my training with Ironhide, Prowl was waiting for me. It surprised me. Usually, he doesn't come visit anyone if it's not important. 'You are playing a dangerous game, Skylla. He's a psychopath, do you realize that?' he asked. 'I do, but I am just giving him a piece of my mind. I am not going to back off only because he's a psychopath,' I stated. 'It will get your killed,' he warned. 'So be it, we don't have to be on the same line,' I said and passed him. I sat down with my team, eating. As I was halfway through, I caught Sunstreaker's eyes when he strode in. He was with Mirage and Jazz. He's by far the talest of the three men.

I looked down at my plate. His staring back made it awkward and I know he's doing it to make me feel that way. 'Maybe we should leave.' I looked up. Nathan got up. He's the head of our team and he disliked Sunstreaker more than anything else in the world. 'Why?' I asked. 'You know why, Skylla,' he snapped. 'Well, I am staying.' He snorted and got up. 'Of course you do,' he snapped. The others got up and walked off. I watched them leave until someone yanked at my long dark blonde hair. I stared straight into Sunstreaker's eyes. 'Talking about rude... staring at me is rude,' he said. 'You stared back at me,' I stated. 'Of course I did... do you except me to just accept it?' he asked. 'You are looking for an argument and you ain't getting it,' I said, pushing his hip. He let go of me and gave me a dirty glare. 'Don't touch me human.'
'Don't touch me alien,' I snapped back.

He snorted, tiling his head high up in the air. 'You are far below me,' he scowled. 'Glad I do.' He snapped his head back towards me. 'What's that supposed to mean,' he snapped. 'I don't want to be equal with you,' I said and got up. 'You are walking on thin ice, human! You really are,' he snapped. 'Are you threatening me?' I asked. 'Yes, I am and I will cut your hand off if you don't stop right now,' he snapped. 'Yeah and I will kick you in the interface if you try and it will be hard. so hard you'll be crawling on the ground so you better watch your words,' I warned, jabbing my finger in the center of his chest. His jaw dropped. 'I won't let you threaten me,' I said, pushing him aside and walked off.

Sunstreaker didn't show up today anymore. He seemed to have disapeared off the planet. Before I left, my mom called me. 'Hey, honey,' she said. 'Hey mom.' I laid the riffle down and leaned against the wall. 'How are things going?' she asked. 'very good, just finished my shift,' I said. 'How are you doing?' I asked. 'I am okay,' she said. I didn't really believe. She has a depression and often when she says she's fine, she's not. 'Are you sure?' I asked. 'Yea, don't worry,' she snorted. I bit my lip. 'Do you know if you are free with the hollidays yet?' she asked. 'No, Lennox hasn't talked to me yet. I will find him right now and ask. I will call you back on a minute, okay?' I asked. 'Yeah.' She sounded really depressed.

I walked upstairs and knocked on Lennox's door. 'Miss Banes.' He gestured for me to come in. 'Sir, I am sorry for interupting,' I said. He got up. 'That's all right, what can I do for you?' he asked. 'I would like to know the schedule for the hollidays, sir,' I said. 'You asked me about before,' he said. 'Yes, sir. My mother would like to know, sir.' He cocked his head to the side. 'I have a lot of soldier that would like to see their families with christmas, Skylla,' he said. 'Yes, sir. My mother suffers from severe depression. She lost my brother and my father in the same year. I haven't seen her for a long time, sir. It's like the other soldier don't have any rights, but I would really like to see her during the hollidays. Just for a couple of days,' I said.

'Where does she live?'
'San Francisco, sir.'
'Alright, I will give you permission but, I'd like you to join Sunstreaker on his mission. He needs to be there in that area for a scouting mission,' he said. 'Yes, sir.' Lennox sat back down. '26th, 27th is the best I can do. I need you here at the base. The scouting mission with last four days with luck so you'll be back here at the base at January the second, if the plane isn't delayed,' he said. I gave a small nod. 'Thank you, sir.' He waved me off and I called my mother to tell her the good news.
