Today was Crystal Lee's first day as a sophomore at Blackpool High.

Crystal woke up grumbling and groaning, eventually, she got up to the bathroom washed her face, brushed her hair and teeth, and picked out black jeans and a white crop top.

After changing, Crystal went to the kitchen grabbed an apple and wished her dad a good morning, then went to the car and waited for her dad.

As Crystal sat in the car, yesterday's conversation came to mind. Who was that mystery boy? What did he mean by the town being dangerous for her? How did he know who she was? Questions filled her head. Now that she thought about it, he didn't look too bad, he had beautiful blue eyes and curly brown hair. The sound of engine tore Crystal from her thoughts and she quickly sat up straight and put her seat belt on.

Crystal's hands sweated and trembled at the mere thought of having to face everyone. She hated being the new girl.

"Nervous?" asked Crystal's dad.

"Well yeah, I don't know anyone in this town," she replied, anxiety could clearly be heard in her voice.

"It's ok, call me if you need anything, I love you!"

"I love you too dad," she said getting out of the car.

Walking through the hallways to reach the office Crystal received a lot of stares. she expected nothing less to be honest.

"Hey, I'm new and I need my schedule," the girl told the secretary.

"Name?" She asked.

"Crystal Lee"

"Ok then, here is your schedule,"

"Thanks," she told her.

Walking into her first class, which is math. Crystal was nervous. When she opened the door, the whole class stopped what they were doing and stared at her.

"Crystal Lee, right?" The teacher asked.

Crystal nodded.

"Crystal, I'm your math teacher, Mr. Blake."

"You can sit next to Miss Woods, Miss Woods please raise your hand,"

Crystal glanced at the girl who was raising her hand. She was a brunette girl with her hair up in a bun. To be honest she looked like a loner.

Crystal went to sit down when she saw him, the boy who talked to her last night, the stranger that filled her mind all night.

He looked at her and winked.
