I ONE I BROKEN HEARTS

Crystal's eyes snapped wide open as she took a deep breath in, her lungs finally cooperating with her. Crystal scanned her surroundings, questioning herself about what could have possibly happened for her to land in the morgue of her town's hospital.

Crystal hopped off of the metal table, that her body once laid on, not too long ago. The resurrected girl leans on the table for support as she is yet to be fully conscious. After a few minutes, Crystal could finally walk without falling over. Without even waiting for one more minute, Crystal rushed out of there.

Breathing deeply in and out, Crystal found herself in the middle of the woods, her memories of the other night, yet to return to her. She was still half-conscious and could barely even utter a word. However, there were noises around her. Noises, she never thought she would be able to hear. She can hear the rustle of every leaf around her. She can hear the cars honking mile away from. It was all new to her, but she couldn't help but embrace it.

Meanwhile, back at Liam's house, the boys received a call from the hospital, but seeing as it was about two in the morning, they were sound asleep, or at least Liam was.

Jack couldn't get a wink of sleep. Especially since every time he closed his eyes, he would see her. Her smile, her laugh, oh how much Jack adores her laugh. Crystal would laugh without a care in the world, no matter how hard things got, Crystal would still put a smile on her face and enjoy the good in the world. Now Jack wouldn't get to see her smile one more time. Oh how much that broke his heart.

The phone rang once again, yet Jack still ignored it. He didn't have the strength to get up and to talk to anyone at the moment, because he knew that if he did, he would just burst into tears. As much as Jack tried to show everyone that he didn't have feelings, that he didn't care. It was clear as day that Jack cared for Crystal, hell he even loved her, Jack loved her with every piece of his broken heart.

The phone rang one more time, however, Jack was fed up and finally stood up from his place on Liam's couch. Jack grabbed the phone and answered, "What?" he grunted.

"Is this Jack Walker?" asked the unknown person on the phone.

"Who's asking?"

"This is Blackpool's hospital speaking", Jack stayed still not answering, fearing the worst.

"This girl you brought in, Crystal Lee, We were just filling some papers about Ms. Lee, however, when we entered the morgue her body was nowhere to be found."Jack froze, as his tears were burning through his eyes, threatening to fall. "Did you by any chance know where she might be, or who might've taken her?"

Jack took a deep breath as he did his best to keep his tears at bay. "Uh... no, I have no clue who might've taken her." Jack squeezed his eyes shut. Who had the guts to take his love away, just when he lost her?
