Crystal told Avery the truth about what happened when she passed out, and the truth about the werewolf curse. Sure enough, Avery was shocked when Crystal told her everything, and Avery promised Crystal she wouldn't tell Liam or Jack about the werewolf curse. Later, Avery left and Crystal fell asleep.
Crystal woke up the next morning, brushed her hair and teeth, then picked out some shorts and paired them with a pink hoodie.
Going to Mr. Blake's class, Crystal thought back to the kiss between her and Jack, all Crystal had intended to do was help Jack with control, she didn't think that she would have to kiss him.
Crystal got into class, sat in her place next to Avery and waited for class to begin.
Twenty minutes later, they were solving some sheet, when suddenly Liam came busting through the door and told Mr. Blake that the principal needed Jack Walker, Avery Woods and lastly Crystal Lee.
However, Liam was lying, the principal didn't need them.
Avery, Jack, and Crystal quickly got out and ushered Liam to tell them what's happening.
"Didn't you hear it?" Liam asked Jack. Jack perked his head trying to hear what Liam heard.
"Yeah, there's some creature in the school," replied Jack with a look of confusion on his face as he frowned. Jack sniffed the air and added, "It's a werewolf."
Liam ran towards the smell with the rest of the group right behind him.
Liam burst through the doors of a classroom door to see five werewolves. The five wolves grinned at each other the second they laid eyes on Crystal. The wolves' grins spread once they caught a glance at the look of fear on Crystal's face, once they made eye contact with Liam and Jack, they roared as they shifted into their werewolf form.
Instantly, Liam and Jack's eyes connected. They knew what they had to do. Both teenage boys roared back as they too shifted.
As the boys pounced onto each other, attacking one another, the girls felt useless. They were just standing there not doing a damn thing.
One of the wolves kneed Jack inn the guts before ushing him, which caused him to smack against the wall and land on the floor with a thud. Immediately, concern spread across Crystal's face.
On the other hand, Liam was up against the wall, cursing himself. It was clear to both girls that the teenage boys were losing this fight.
Crystal took a look around her, she glanced to Liam as he suffered against the grip on his neck from one of the wolves who was pinning him against the wall. Next, Crystal glanced to Avery who was next to her, Avery had a frightened look on her face as she bit her nails. Lastly, Crystal glanced to Jack, her heart broke at the sight of him on the floor as he clutched his broken ribs.
