"What the hell just happened?!?"

"Your powers are getting stronger," He said.

"What power? What are you talking about," Crystal questioned.

Jack stayed silent as he ignored her and looked around the room. "We have to get out of here before the nurse comes."

Crystal just looked at him dumbfounded. Is he for real? He took her hand and led her out of the school's nurse and to the school's parking lot.

"So we're just gonna ignore the fact that purple smoke came out of my freaking injured head and filled the whole room, and then when it was gone, and also my so-called injured head magically freaking healed?"

He ignored her again.

"Ok then, your answer was highly appreciated," Crystal snapped at him.

He walked over to a black Porsche, got into the car and sped out of the school, leaving Crystal there.

Crystal scoffed and waited in the parking lot. Seeing as it was 1:45 and They were to be dismissed at two.

Later, that day Crystal got an idea. She opened her phone and called Avery.

"Heyy girly"

"Avery, hey,"

"So what do you want on this fine day, oh and how's your head? Sorry, I couldn't stay the nurse wouldn't let me," She questioned.

"Uh well I wanted to talk to you about that, I'll send you the location of the house, be here in 20," Crystal told Avery.

"Sure thing."

In twenty minutes, a knock rang out through the house. Crystal opened the door to see Avery. Avery took one look at Crystal's head and then back at her.

"Spill."

After Crystal told Avery what happened in the nurse and about Jack storming and leaving her alone in the middle of the school's parking lot, they were thinking of what to do to get answers.

"Ooooh I have an idea," Crystal announced.

Avery nodded at her as a sign to continue.

"We could follow him."

"You're kidding, right?"

When Avery saw how serious her recent friend was, she replied, "Oh my god, you're not kidding." Avery looked at her incredulously. "Did that hit give you brain damage because firstly it's creepy to spy on someone and, second well what I just said, but still no."

Crystal glanced at Avery, before getting up, pulling a beanie out of the closet and pulling Avery out of the house with her and into Avery's car.

"So where do we start?" Avery asked Crystal.

After a lot of talking, Crystal was finally able to convince her friend to follow her in on the plan.

"Well when I first met him he was in the woods so let's look there," Crystal replied

"Yay a trip to the woods on a full moon to spy on creepy stalker guy. Who by the way is the school's biggest bad boy, I mean what could possibly go wrong?" she said sarcasm dripping from her voice.

Crystal glanced to the brunette with a brave look in her eyes and shook her head at her recent friend's sarcasm.

Getting out of the car and into the woods, Avery parked near a black Porsche, which looked exactly like Jack's.

"That's Jack's car, we must be close," Crystal told her, finally happy that they at least found something.

"Yay."

Making their way through the dirt in the woods wasn't fun, but Crystal still didn't give up and continued searching pulling Avery behind her.

"I can't believe you convinced me to do this," Avery sighed as she shook her head at herself. "There is no one here we should just leave," muttered Avery

"No they have to be here," Crystal told her with a look of stubbornness.

"Well I don't know about you, but I don't see them, but of course unless you have superpowers that I don't know about....."

Crystal glared at Avery and completed walking, but stopped dead in her tracks when she heard something.

"Do you hear that?" Crystal asked Avery quietly.

"What? No."

Crystal grabbed Avery's arm and dragged her to the source of the noise.

The sound was clearer and louder now.

"Oh my god, I can hear it, it sounds like-" Avery paused not finding a word.

"Roaring...."  Crystal finished for her.

Crystal opened the door to the cabin to see couches and a table in the middle of the room. She went closer and closer to the source of noise, with Avery right behind her.

They stopped at a red door. There the noise was loud and clear. It was the sound of chains clinging and growls.

"Ready?" Crystal asked Avery.

She nodded.

Crystal opened the door, and the sight in front of her was horrifying

All she did was scream.
