Ryan pouted softly when Sarah sat him down in his playpen, crossing his arms over his chest.

Sarah smiled down at him, kissing his forehead, "Ry, baby, it's time for a nap, and pouting isn't going to get you out of that," Sarah told him, picking him up only to lay him down in it.

Ryan's bottom lip trembled softly, looking up at her with a small frown, "Mommy, uppies," Ryan whimpered to her softly, using one hand to make grabby hands up for her, pouting and whining.

Sarah shook her head softly, even if Ryan's playpen was in the living room, and the tv was playing his favorite cartoons, he didn't want to be alone. "No, baby, daddy will be home in a little bit, and you need your sleep so you can play all night tonight," Sarah told him, seeing him slide his thumb into his mouth.

Ryan pouted, but eventually nodded, his little diapered self getting comfortable in the playpen. "Ni' ni' Mommy," Ryan whispered to her softly, nuzzling into the bottom of the playpen.

He sucked his thumb softly as he watched Sarah leave the living room, looking up at the colorful tv screen as he started to doze off. He managed in his sleep to roll over into his belly, and someone had replaced his thumb with a pacifier, but Ryan didn't much care.

Ryan's eyes fluttered open as he heard commotion around him, letting out a soft whimper as he nuzzled into the soft surface, letting himself drift off to sleep again.

Then he heard it again, and this time, he could recognize what it was, Brendon's laughter. The small boy eagerly opened his eyes, trying to push himself up off the ground. But whining unhappily when he couldn't.

Ryan whimpered softly as he laid back down, looking through the see-through fabric on the playpen, seeing his Daddy on the phone with someone else, and Mommy nowhere in his sight. "Da!" Ryan squeaked out happily, rolling over onto his back again, kicking his legs.

He looked over at his daddy again, seeing him still on the phone, but peeking over at the playpen, "Da!" Ryan squealed out, starting to kick his legs rougher. "Da! Da!" He yelled even louder, seeing Brendon immediately rush over to him, still on the phone.

Brendon's hand lightly caressed his cheek, and the small boy melted against the touch, letting out his own little happy noises as Brendon continued to talk to the other person on the phone.

Eventually, Ryan wanted more than his small touches, needing all of his attention. Even though Brendon was watching him and petting him, Ryan wanted to be held. "Da!" He squeaked out, both of his hands moving to grab Brendon's sleeve and pulling on it softly.

Brendon sighed, and gently leaned over into the playpen a little, shushing him. He could tell by Brendon's tone as he spoke to the other person, he was getting impatient, and he didn't know with who.

A couple of kisses were scattered across his face, and Ryan kicked his legs happily. Brendon helped the small baby sit up, gently rubbing his back, and then Ryan heard his least favorite words. "Bye." and he whimpered, his eyes watering up, and he laid himself back down, starting to cry and whimper softly. His daddy was going to leave him.

But then he felt Brendon's big strong arms wrap around him, and the small boy relaxed. Letting out small gurgles and happy coos as Brendon held him in his arms.

"Daddy's here, baby, he's sorry he couldn't give you attention while he was on the phone. You're such a good boy," Brendon cooed to him softly, even though he was positive in his small headspace, Ryan didn't understand a single word.

Ryan wiggled in his arms, gently kicking his legs as Brendon started bouncing him. When Ryan was laid down on the floor, he wiggled around, looking at all the toys around him on the play gym mat. He found a little teether, instantly sucking and chewing on it.

Brendon laid back on the couch, watching his little one play around and kick his legs. He knew it was time for a diaper change, but little Ryan seemed to be having too much fun to take that away from him.

Sarah came back into the living room then, seeing Ryan on the ground and smiling sweetly at him, "Hey, Brenny, how long had Ryan been up?" Sarah asked him sweetly, sitting down on the couch beside him, curling up almost beside him.

Brendon smiled when Ryan threw his little teether across the floor, shaking his head softly, "Just a few minutes, he was getting a little loud while I was on the phone," Brendon said with a small chuckle, kissing her forehead softly once after she kissed his cheek.

Ryan kicked his legs, wanting attention from his caregivers now, whining and whimpering as he slid his fingers into his mouth, chewing on them softly. "Ah!" He mewled out loudly, wanting one of them to come and get him.

Brendon was the one to pick their baby boy up, gently sitting him on his hip, "I'm going to change him really quickly, we'll be back in a minute. Isn't that right, Ry? We're going to get your little booty changed?" Brendon said to him softly, continuing to coo and talk to him as they went into their bedroom. Ryan moves his hands up to play with Brendon's hair, before lightly tugging at the roots.

Brendon looked at him as the small boy kept tugging his hair, laying him down on the changing mat, "Baby boy, no, that hurts, don't do that, okay?" Brendon told him softly, even if the little one wouldn't understand. Ryan made grabby hands up to him, trying to push himself up off the ground, "Nuh uh, baby, it's time to change that little booty, " Brendon told him softly, trying to keep him calm and distracted as he changed him, putting powder on him, and putting another diaper on him.

Ryan was pouty and fussy when Brendon finally picked him back up, kicking his legs in a little attempt at a temper tantrum. "Ah!" The little boy squeaked out, his arms moving up to play with Brendon's hair as. Brendon softly rocked him and held him tightly in his arms.

Brendon looked down at him, gently kissing his forehead, "I'm here, little one, Daddy's right here," Brendon said softly, walking him back down to Sarah. On the steps, Ryan tugged at his hair again, giggling loudly as Brendon playfully glared at him. And so, the little boy did it again, tugging at his hair, and giggling out loudly.

Brendon reached up and brought his hands down from his hair, "Don't do that, baby," Brendon told him softly, gently rubbing his back as he sat down on the couch beside Sarah.

Sarah smiled widely, and kissing Ryan's head, "Hey, baby, did you have a nice nap?" She asked him sweetly, smiling at him as Brendon held the little boy in his lap.

Ryan giggled happily when Sarah spoke, making grabby hands for her, and letting himself fall against her chest and nuzzle up close to her.

Both dominants knew he was fragile and small in his headspace, and his little gurgles and coos, made them awe and happier every moment they spent together. Ryan got all the attention in the world he could want, and Sarah and Brendon got the little one they loved so dearly to be happy and smile, it was therapeutic in a sense for all of them.
