The morning came beautifully. Chaeyoung woke up without Lisa by her side so she groaned. She stayed there for a while until she heard movements downstairs. She stood up and put her clothes on.
She walked downstairs who was greeted by Lisa with a smile. "Coffee?" Chaeyoung nodded. She sat down in the stool facing Lisa and she was greeted with a hot coffee in her hands.
Lisa leaned in the counter gazing at Chaeyoung. She couldn't believe what has happened last night. They had made love out of grief and no one is even sure if it was right.
"Talk?" Lisa tried. "What happened last night.. its-" "let's not talk about it,," Lisa smiles.
"Lisa, im not sure what will happen next after" Chaeyoung bit her lip.
What would happen?
She is still hurt and thinking if ever it was possible to take Lisa back again. She knows she love the girl so much but at the moment, she just cant. she knew she cant.
"Lisa" She called as the young girl gaze at her. "I dont think we could go back," "i forgive you but i dont know. I'm not ready to be hurt again" Chaeyoung looked down begging herself not to cry again.
She was so tired of crying it was sick. Lisa nodded accepting every word Chaeyoung said. What could she do? she could only wait and pay for what she did.
"Do you still love me?" It sure was risky because Lisa could have hurt her own heart by asking this but it was what she was thinking at the moment.
"Lisa, its-" Chaeyoung sigh. "I do love you, never once i have think about not loving you, for pete's sake i dont even want to think about it" Chaeyoung sigh bitterly.
"But i cant. I don't want to be hurt over and over" she drank the coffee in front of her as she felt her throat dry out. "I will wait, Chaeng. Until we can, until you can" Lisa smiled
"i know you." She said.
"you hate waiting without any reassurance"
"but trust me i can wait for you" Lisa defended.
Chaeyoung giggled.
"right." It was a strange atmosphere because its kinda ironic. Lisa saying she can wait yet, look at what happened, then Chaeyoung said it in the most sarcastic way.
"If you love me, why can't you trust me?" She asked.
"Oh Lisa.. trust you? again? God, Lisa, those words doesnt fit you anymore at all. If you're gonna keep telling me fake promises, please leave me alone"
Lisa was left speechless. She was sure guilty of it. Guiltier than a criminal who was been convicted. It there was a crime for being dishonest, she will be in and out of prison and could have paid millions already.
"I understand." "But its great you're learning about your mistake"
"i think it's better if... you stay here while i move around the world. you'll wait, would you?"
Lisa nodded and sigh. Chaeyoung left the House, leaving the other girl practically screaming out of anger for herself.
