Chaeyoung went to grab her morning coffee and decided to buy Lisa one. Meeting with Yeri first, she just made sure Chaeyoung wont regret anything because as a friend, you dont want anyone close to you get sad over their choices in life. They bid each other goodbye and see you later's then proceed to home. Entering the house was quite heavy for Chaeyoung. She open the door and saw Lisa sitting in the kitchen chair, with glasses and her laptop in the view.
Chaeyoung casually dropped her coffee and went to the fridge. "hey chaeyoung..." Lisa tried calling her and surprisingly, she looked back at her with innocence in her brown eyes. "hmm?" Lisa looked at her and didnt exactly knew what to do now. "oh uh" she looked around and exhaled. "are.. we you know" Chaeyoung anticipated what Lisa wanted to say. 'finally, she's talking' she thought to herself. trying to hide the smile that was almost visible. "are we okay?" Lisa met Chaeyoung's lovely gaze and it put her heart at ease.
Its like Chaeyoung is talking to her with her eyes and she really was because Chaeyoung didnt speak but smiled so widely and nodded. Lisa stood up and admired Chaeyoung, making sure she was seeing things right. "are we?" she asked again for confirmation. Chaeyoung rolled her eyes at the girl and smiles. "Yes. Lisa. we are" Chaeyoung went back to her room while Lisa felt emotional and cried infront of her laptop, whispering to herself that 'its cool. we're cool'
Lisa went to grab something to eat for the both of them. grabbing the chance of shooting her shot, she bought everything Chaeyoung likes and just everything for her. She went home to see Chaeyoung watching their favorite movie with her hair tied up into a bun and her bare face. Lisa thought she is the prettiest girl she had ever laid her eyes on and its a shame that she couldn't see it when she decided to make her mistakes. Her heart was for her and she knew it more than anyone, more than she can tell Chaeyoung. "Are you hungry?" she asked but ofcourse the girl was focusing on the movie she watched only a couple of hundred times already and it made Lisa smile remembering how Chaeyoung used to get mad at her for "ruining" the movie just by sitting beside her and making the slightest possible noise. she was THAT hooked.
Lisa waited until the movie finished before asking again. "Are you hungry?" Chaeyoung jumped out of the couch and looked over Lisa in shocked. "When did you get back?!" Lisa giggled and started preparing their meal. "only half an hour ago, i think" Chaeyoung pouted and walk towards the kitchen. "why didnt you make a noise then, or say something" she scoffed and sat in the chair. "im pretty sure i spoke" Lisa said and smiles at her. receiving a smile back, she heated their food then gave Chaeyoung her favorite juice. "Thanks" she said before opening the juice and taking a sip.
"i grabbed a little bit of everything because.. i thought you might like them all?" Lisa said before bringing all the dish infront of Chaeyoung and her eyes just sparkled. she loves food so much. Chaeyoung started munching the food before gazing at something green and mushy and something Chaeyoung obviously doesn't like. avocados. "uhm yeah thank you for all of this but that, definitely i dont like" she said and pointed at the avocado that was on toast. "oh right. its mine" Lisa said and took a bite of it. "since when did you like Avocados?" Chaeyoung asked out of curiosity. Lisa never liked avocados, weird. "since you told me you hated it" Lisa continued to devour the toast with a bit of mhmm's in the side. "what?" Chaeyoung was hella confused at the moment.
"i told myself to like everything that you dont like so when we get it and you don't fancy it, then it'll be mine" Lisa said and took a sip of her own drink before munching back to her toast, she surely does like avocados now. Chaeyoung thought what Lisa said was so sweet and she didnt even noticed it before. It was like a new information, its like getting to know Lisa all over again. Lisa and Chaeyoung went to eat quietly while the clock ticks for them, Chaeyoung took the courage and spoke. "Can you drop me off the office?" while Lisa finishes her food, she took the last bite of her food and looked at Chaeyoung. "We dont have work today though" Lisa said and was confused "Oh, you have things to do? okay okay" Chaeyoung giggled and Lisa just stared at her. "well, you have to drop me off somewhere" Chaeyoung rolled her eyes, smiled and went to shower. Lisa smiles and laughs at herself. It will be a joyride with just the two of them and she gets it right away.
Lisa prepared everything in the car while Chaeyoung was asleep or maybe playing with her phone in her room. She went to put a neck pillow and everything for Chaeyoung's comfort, adjusted the seat and made her car smells like fresh roses. Later, Lisa dressed herself up and waited for Chaeyoung then she finally went downstairs and eyeing Lisa. "I can drop you off anywhere" Lisa said and stood up while Chaeyoung smiles. "Surprise me"
Lisa pulled over at some parking lot miles away from their home but this is the closest university Lisa could think of. She opened the car door for Chaeyoung and let her out. "why here?" Chaeyoung asked as the night breeze tingles her skin. "Here" Lisa held her hand and walked inside the uni, trespassing exactly but it didnt matter. They went to the school's rooftop and its with the best view. "Its not exactly the same school we met at obviously but i just wanted you to feel like it" Lisa stated and Chaeyoung wanted her to continue. "We never really were solid as a couple even back then. we had a rocky relationship, some nasty breakups with me leaving you for God knows how long, All those lies, all the cheating. All the things i did to you isnt just acceptable." Lisa lay her head low. "I almost killed you mentally and i will never forgive myself for that-" "But i forgive you" Lisa looked at Chaeyoung. "You did, but i cant. I just cant. the damage isnt irreversible" Lisa said while Chaeyoung breathed and looked at view. In times like this, Chaeyoung just wanted to sleep. She knew it will come up to this that's why she sleeps to avoid it all. Lisa held her hand, mostly for Courage. "I love you Chaeyoung. I really do but-"
"but." It took Lisa's attention and she gazes at Chaeyoung, how pretty. "but if you really do, you wouldn't have buts and what ifs" Chaeyoung gazes back at Lisa and gave her a smile. "Lisa, how long must we suffer?" Lisa held Chaeyoung's hands tighter and kisses it. "We have been suffering since we dated and we will suffer again if we continue to have those questions within ourselves. Lisa, We need to let each other know." with that, Lisa exhaled and cried.
"Chaeyoung, I love you" She cried and Chaeyoung hugged her for comfort, kisses her head and rub her back. "I dont think i'll ever forgive myself for doing those things to you, you poor girl" Lisa cried and Chaeyoung joined too while continuing to kiss Lisa's head and caressing her hair. "I gave you such a hard time for loving me."
