"You're to a highschool!" Carrie's mom started smiling like a lunatic.

No way...She didn't just say...

Carrie felt shocked and happy at the same time, but it this was going to fast. Caroline smiled and shook her head. No, no way... She sat down and covered her smile "I'm going to a highschool..." She whispered under her breath. "Ahhhh! I'm going to a highschool!" She jumped up and down and kissed her mom and dad's cheek. "Thank you, thank you! You don't know how long I've been waiting for you to say this!"

Hehe... I can finally get friends...

Hey! Aden "hit" her head.

"I know this is all sudden, and we're happy for this too, but... there's other news." Erika's smile slowly faded.

Caroline saw her mom's sad expression, so she fixed her positioned and lowered her anticipation.

"We're gonna have to..." Erika looked at Liam. He smiled and held her hand in support. "We're gonna move to another state in order for this to happen."

A new city?

"But what could I do without..." Caroline trailed off. What could I do without James?

"What could you do without what, sweetie?"Mom's eyebrows rose.

"O-oh, uh... " Caroline started to blush. "Um, B-Brandy! What could happen to him? Haha! He's my fave driver..."

"Aww, sweetie your gonna miss Brandy! How cute... I never thought you liked him (as a friend) so much! I'm sure he'll miss you too!" Erika came and hugged Caroline tightly.

After dinner, Caroline went upstairs to her bedroom and jumped on her bed. She grabbed the nearest pillow and squished her face on a pink and fluffy My Little Pony pillow. She looked down and smiled. I've had this for a long time...

She turned her body and positioned herself so she could comfortably stare at white paint-peeling ceiling. Tomorrow's gonna be my last day here. She grabbed her white Samsung Galaxy S5 and texted James.

Hey James... um... sooo something happened.

As Caroline waited for his reply, she began to recall her memories years and years ago. She remembered meeting Ms. Deprise, vividly recalling how she used to be so sweet to her. How she got scared when the FBI agents started to talking to her when they know they shouldn't. Caroline didn't have anyone else but Aden as a friend. She remembered the doctor telling her that she had split personalities to explain to her parents why she might violently hurt someone.

When she got her phone for the first time, it was the happiest moment of her life. Well, not except the event when she went to the zoo for the first time. 4 years ago... I was only 11. It was a hassle. Everyone were staring her weirdly and at her FBI bodyguards. Then when a guy accidently bumped into her, the guards instantly tackled him. "This is just for your safety, Carrie!" Oh, I miss the old days.

Then James entered her life when she was 14 (and he 17). The FBI swore that the zoo incident was the last time Caroline will enter the real world, but because of Caroline's depression and violent state (for 3 years), they allowed James to accompany her at the mall. Caroline didn't feel like a prisoner anymore. None of the bodyguards talked to her, but James... he treated as if they were the best of friends or even... Or even on a date! Gahh~ Caroline stuffed her face on the pillow again. That was the time she began to grow feelings towards James. She noticed how funny, sweet, and handsome he was. How his body has the urge to hit something when he laughs, or how cute he looks when he tries to hide his wide smile.

" James! Did he reply back...?" Carrie tried looking for her phone.

Caroline caught Aden sitting on her old chair with her phone on his hand, throwing it up and down.

"A-Aden, be careful! I just got a that  new phone like, last week!" She cautioned.

Oh, hahaha... you got this phone 2 months ago, dumbass. And you've dropped this phone 18 times already.

"Nuh- Uh!" Caroline pouted.

Uh, yes you did. I counted.

Bzzzt! The phone vibrated. Aden and Caroline looked at each other. "Aden, just give me the phone. Nice and slowly..." Caroline slowly moved towards the ring of smoke with her hands reached out.

What the fuck? Why you treating me like a wild animal? Aden swiftly flew behind her.

"Because you are a wild animal! An animal that has my precious phone, now give it back!" Caroline tried snatching the phone fron Aden, but he was too fast.

Haha! Loser~

"Oh, I'll get you!" Caroline violently lunged towards him, but bumped her brow bone on her desk.

Oooh... that's gotta hurt! Aden made a horrifying laugh. It scared Caroline the first time, but she got so used to it. Horror movies didn't scare her anymore.

Now Caroline is pissed. She looked him dead in the eye (wherever his eyes are) and muttered some of the most the worst threats a human being can make. Aden was impressed.

"Give me my phone back!"

If you could reach me! Ahaha!

Unfortunately, Caroline was too short to even jump and touch the ceiling while jumping on the couch. Aden knew her weakness.

"You. Piece. Of . Shit!" Caroline jumped up and down. Just a little more... Caroline could almost touch it.

"Caroline, what's with all the ruckus...?" The door opened. As soon as her dad came in, Aden dropped the phone. It made it seem like Caroline drop it by accident, and so it hit the floor. Hard.

"Gahh!" Caroline instantly fell to the floor and carefully lifted her phone. Please dont be cracked, please dont be cracked... It cracked.

"For goodness sake! Carrie, this is the 19th time you've dropped your phone!" Her dad, Liam, crossed his arms. Though he didn't look as angry like when the time Caroline accidently deleted his report for his client.

Caroline looked at Aden and he looked back, smirking and shaking his head. Hehe. 19th time...

Shutup, Aden.

"You're grounded, Caroline. Sorry. No phone until December." Liam walked over and snatched the broken phone.

"December?! Oh, C'mon dad!" She whined. "But we're-"

"No, 'buts'! You have to learn how to take care of your things." Liam was about to exit. "And we're leaving to Bearington the day after tomorrow. Pack your things early! Nighty night!" He slammed the door.

Caroline stared at the white door, then back at Aden.

What? The cloud shrugged.
