"Mom... This place...", Caroline covered her mouth. "This... This is unbelievable!"

Her words echoed throughout the house. She dropped her backs and ran to the living room, jumping the leather couch, admiring the small chandelier hanging 30 feet above her. The walls were cherry red, giving an old and vintage feeling to it.

"How did you guys afford this?" Caroline asked.

"Well," Her mom picked up Caroline's bags and tossed them next to Caroline's feet. "We heard about this house months ago. It's old, but it had a great price."

Caroline scoffed. "And no one else wanted it?"

"Like I said, Carrie, this place is old. It may look perfect, but it has some problems."

"Like what?" She said curiously. Mrs. Baker cleared her throat, flipped the light-switch, and every lightbulb in the living room flickered violently. One of them even popped.
