"WHAT THE HELL?"
I wake with a freezing sensation hitting my entire body, and jump off of the bed and into a fighting stance. When I adjust to my new surroundings, and the new light filling the tent, my eyes focus on a woman.
Her war paint would usually terrify me, as would the blades strapped to her body, but this morning she is bent over laughing like she had just been told the funniest joke in the world. As I stand there confused, in my freezing, damp clothes Lexa rushes into the tent with her swords in hand but instantly comes to a halt when she sees the strange sight in front of her. When she realises what has happened her eyes narrow on the woman with an empty bucket in hand and her deadly glare is enough to silence her laughter.
"Anya", she snarls waiting for an explanation.
"You asked me to wake her Heda", she replies calmly.
"Wake her, not throw a bucket of freezing water over her".
I cannot help but laugh at the site in front of me, it is hilarious to watch these two stubborn warriors in a glaring contest.
"It's okay Lexa, I'll dry", I turn to Anya "but don't think I won't be getting you back for this".
Silence.....it's as if I wasn't even here as they both continue to glare at eachother, "you don't need to glare eachother to death, we all know that Heda's glare is scarier than yours ever will be Anya".
Instead Anya turns her glare to me and Lexa smirks, "you're getting water tomorrow morning too", she murmurs.
"What's that Anya?" Lexa threatens.
"Nothing Heda.....nothing at all".
Oh god I'm never going to hear the end of this, I'm sure Raven will find a way to get her back for me, that girl is crazy.
It has only been two months since I met the timid girl in the corner, but even in that small amount of time, everything has changed; luckily for the better.
The next morning Lexa made the announcement to this village, which I found out recently is called TonDC, at first everyone was wary of me. Probably terrified of offending the commander. However, over the last few days as we have all proved our worth to them, they have began to welcome us with open arms, many referring to me and Raven as SkaiPrisa, which I have learnt means sky princess in their language. Though I think my mom was slightly offended that they neglect to calling her that. We have all began to settle in, finding our place in this fascinating village, and finding our routine.
It hasn't all been easy. For the first few days me and Lexa had to basically babysit Raven because she was either acting like a complete lunatic, or scaring the children with her weird antics, but eventually she has begun to calm down. The most memorable moment being her first meeting with Lexa and Anya.
If it had been anyone else I'm sure Anya would have cut out her tongue. It was the day after we were brought here and as soon as Raven saw me she ran and basically jumped onto me, clinging like a damn monkey, so we both ended up toppling over. This ended up making Anya chuckle, most likely because she enjoyed seeing me suffer. After about 10 minutes of her refusing to move I had to have Lexa practically pry Raven off of me. After about an hour of her dancing around, once again, like a bloody drunk lunatic, she finally stopped and noticed Lexa.
"Ohhhh you're that sexy survivor chick that Clarke saved.........and her equally sexy girlfriend."
I swear it was the most embarrassing moment of my life, and to think back to the exasperated look Lexa gave me, but I don't think that even the Heda of the 12 clans can stop Raven's crazy tendancies.
