Henri woke once again to the morning bell. Sitting up, she rubbed her back, moaning. The hospital bed was certainly preferable to this. She then instantly stopped mid-yawn when she realized that it was a Friday. She shook JoJo awake.

"JoJo!!!" She exclaimed. "It's Friday!! We have the show at Medda's after breakfast at Jacobi's today!!!"

Sleepily, JoJo sat up and began to get ready. "One good thing about ya being in the hospital was that I could get a few more hours." she joked, but continued to smooth out her braids as Henri yanked on one of her boots.

"So, didja hear what Jack did to Pulitzer?" Henri asked, laughing. "We didn't even need to strike!! He Threatened  the guy!!!" JoJo laughed.

"I would, too, after all this trouble he's put us through." She said. "What did he tell 'im?"

"Said that if he so much as tried to raise prices one more time, he would show Pulitzer what it feels like to have nothing. Since Katherine isn't afraid to get Roosevelt again, she technically has a way to put her own father out of business." she laughed. "the only reason she hasn't done it yet is because we still has to make money." she said.

JoJo nodded. "I don't doubt it." she said. "Then again, who's to say that with Roosevelt's help, the newsies could become the new owners of The World?" she asked. Both she and Henri laughed at that as they made their way down to the gate. Race, Tommy boy, Splasher, Specs, Albert, and Buttons were already there waiting for them. Davey and Les soon joined them as they waited for the headline and for the Delancey brothers to open the gate.

"Hey, lookit!!" Race said, pointing. "They's giving us a headline early today!" All the Newsies turned their attention to the headline, which read Theodore Roosevelt Remains in Office. You couldn't hear yourself think over all of the cheers from the Newsies as the Delanceys came to unlock the gate. "Finally!!" Race exclaimed. "A headline worthy of selling!!"

"Have you guys ever figured out why the new show's news hadn't sold that day?" Henri asked as the Delanceys unlocked the gate. "Ya know, we really thought it was a decent headline." she remarked. To that, the Newsies all laughed.

"Heck yeah, we found out." Race said, snorting with laughter. "While you and Davey was in The Wall, we asked Roosevelt. Despite being busy with his campaign, he was actually able to give us an answer." he said. "Apparently, Pulitzer had tried to raise prices for the buyers first. It was on the television, and as we doesn't have one, we couldn't have known, which made Pulitzer make more money off of us and his buyers. Luckily, he realized that less people bought the papes, so he decided to make us  pay more rather than his buyers." he finished.

"When will he ever learn?" Davey asked, shaking his head but also laughing. He was able to walk now, but still had a few bandages and a cast on his foot. He was slower than the rest of the Newsies, but they were fine with waiting for him.

After having the gate unlocked, the Newsies headed over to Jacobi's, meeting up with Jack and Katherine and enjoying some breakfast before heading over to Medda's theater.

Medda had them each seated, and then the Newsies realized that literally no one else was in the theater. It was a private show just for them.

Medda took center stage in front of the curtain, and began to speak.

"Welcome, Newsies of New York City!! Welcome to my theater, and I hope that you enjoy this very special new show, dedicated to the Newsies all across New York!!! We call it, Newsies!!!"

As the curtains opened, the Newsies were amazed to watch as actors acted out the events of the strike with song, and included jokes here or there. They had to agree that each character acted precisely as they all would.

After the show, the Newsies all gathered at the train station. Jack had been with them for three months, but sadly, it was time for him and Katherine to be hitting the road.

Once hugging all the Newsies goodbye, Jack left them with this to think about.

"New York's full of surprises. I'm gonna miss ya all. But I'm happy to say that this is my last year in Art School. Next year, I'll be in New York full time." As he boarded the train he looked out the window and waved to them. "Visit me, will ya?" He called. "Nothing's planned, and certainly none of us planned on the strike for the second time, but sometimes, unplanned disasters can become amazing times!!! I was so glad to see each and every one of youse guys again!!!" He exclaimed as the train began to move. "Bye!!!" He yelled out the window as the Newsies stayed at the train station and watched Jack and Katherine leave.

"Well, that's that." Race said sadly once the train was out of sight. "whatta ya say, fellas? Let's sell some papes, and see if we can start saving up for tickets to Santa Fe!!!" They all cheered in agreement and then formed a circle, and put their hands in the middle. "3...2..." Race counted down. "1..."

They all thrust their fists in the air, "Newsies forever, second to none!!! One for all, and all for one!!!"
