Nova's POV

"I can hear you laughing Amelia!! Wait are you there?" I ask as I am blindfolded and I stretch out my arms to look for my ladies

We all are playing cat and mouse game in the gardens of the French castle by the lake, It feels refreshing to be in the nature after so long, I feel like a child today

"I am hereeee" Torvi says and I rush to the sound of her direction but I catch nothing but just air, I giggle and start following their voices again

Ivar's POV

I look at her playing and laughing like she is the happiest woman in the world, I want to make her the happiest woman in the world. Her laugh is the most beautiful laugh I have heard after my mother's. Her pink dress swirl around as she moves swift trying to catch her ladies but I scare her so much that she is not her natural self around me, her guard is up when she talks to me and I cannot find a way to break her walls.

"Marvellous? Isn't she" Floki appears from nowhere and stand beside me as we both watch Nova play her silly games

I don't say anything

"Has she cast her spell on your heart?" Floki says with mischief in his eyes

"I don't have a heart to begin with" I reply sternly while still looking at her

"Oh come on, you are ogling at her like a thirsty dog. Still you refuse to accept what your heart wants" Floki turn me towards him and looks into my eyes

"She despises me, she will never agree to marry me" I reply with a disheartened tone

"Try to win her, would you? She has no choice but to marry you. Just make the process of it more bearable for her" Floki smiles and I smirk 

I turn around and walk towards her, she is still blindfolded and encircled by her ladies, I quietly gesture the ladies and everyone to leave

Nova's POV

"I cannot hear anyone. Torvi? Amelia? Where are you??" I run blindfoldely around hoping that I don't fall into the lake but I hear no one

Then I hear a pretentious cough and I run towards it and catch something and wrap my arms around it

"Yes, now your turn!" I say excitedly as the person removes my blindfold and I see....

Ivar

He grips my waist tightly and pulls me closer to him. My body shivers in excitement and fear at the same time.

"Ivar?" my lips shiver as his face is closet to mine as it has ever been

He takes his hand and cups my face with them and puts he right thumb on my lips and gently rubs it, I feel sedated and I close my eyes gently while taking in his warm touch. His body is touching mine and there is electricity between us, I again have trouble breathing and I loose my senses when he bends and whispers in my ear and adoringly says with his nordic accent

"You didn't invite me to this game of your's?" he says while moving my chin up towards him with his soft fingers

"I never knew you liked anything like this?" I blush while saying
