"Stop calling me that Nick!" She said jokingly as gave a playful punch in the shoulder.

"Maybe if you concentrate a little more and use that brain of yours I will." Nick smiled before getting up.

"I'll even make it fair. I can't use any of my powers against you and I'll be blindfolded." Black Sheep connected the part that covered her mouth and her hood.

Auto and Scarlet stood back as Crome accepted to the challenge. Circling her like a shark Black didn't follow his movements but instead listened to his movements. Feet shifted as Crome lunges at her, a narrow miss he stumbled before attacking again. Their teacher's movements shifted as though a pebble entered the water. Never attacking only dodging. When he threw a kick at her though she grabbed his ankle with one hand while she kicked the back of his other leg and forced his face to smack against the rooftop. Releasing him from her grip she unhooked her blindfold to see them.

"What could have given me the advantage? Any guesses? Any details from before? Any signs? His strategy? Patterns? What did I do? What did he do?

"You dodged instead of attacked. Allowing him to form a pattern and profile his attack style." Said Scarlet.

Right after she finished Auto added to it. "You covered your eyes because then you can heighten your other senses to give you the advantage."

"Good, not great, but good nonetheless. He didn't activate his powers. You should look at me and see your villain, your opponent, your evil mastermind to defeat not someone who can train you. Besides..." she grinned. "You're gonna have to be at least an S for any hope of defeating me in an all out battle...wait...did they explain collaring?"

"W-WHAT?!? THERE PUTING COLLARS ON US?!?" Freaked Scarlet.

Giggling slightly Black Sheep explained. "No, no, collaring is ranking one based upon your skill, control and power. There's unranked, A, AA, AAA, S, SS, SSS, and undefined. Right now you all are unranked because your still rookies. As of now I'm only at SS because my hmm... how should I put it... more limited?" She grin could be seen in her eyes. "Scarlet, let's see what you have."

Stepping up she got into a running position, once again Black Sheep stood still. Leaping in the air a long hammer materialized in her hands as both hands grasped the handle with shoulders thrown back ready to give it momentum. It glowed in pink smoke as she swung it at her opponent. Black Sheep punched her in the stomach causing the hammer to deform and leave Scarlet out of breath.

"That was rather foolish, what was your mistake Scarlet?"

Sitting upright but still clenching her gut she winced. "Leaving an exposed area when attacking."

"Correct. Auto what else can you tell me?"

"Her...um...time to materialize wasn't quick enough."

"Crome?"

"Her stance was too wide when attacking."

"Auto, your the last one to spar, come on."

Auto also stood there along with Black Sheep, both had the same stance of standing straight like a pencil. He however jumped off the roof of the building and forced Black Sheep to follow if she wished to keep track of him. Jumping across rooftops Auto stopped suddenly to put his hand out. Parts rose behind her, clanking metal lunged at her. Swiftly moving through his attacks she managed to get right on top of Auto as she covered his eyes when suddenly the metal fell to the ground lifelessly.

"I would almost consider you an A if not for your almost obvious weakness."

Going back to the original rooftop where Scarlet and Crome still were she asked questions. " what did Auto do that would please me?"

"Use his powers."Scarlet said plainly.

"He moved around and didn't do anything irrational." Added Crome to Scarlet's answer.

"Alright, that was a good warmup." Black Sheep pulled unhooked the bottom and lowered it to mouth level. "I am not responsible for keeping you alive, yes we are a team, but these groups are supposed to weed out people who can become heroes, become agents and become vigilantes. If you die you were too weak. If you lose control then you get locked up for becoming a danger to society. If you attack the wrong enemy then you will be discredited. All of this is a test to determine wether you pass or fail. Somethings you can't learn in a private lesson, you need to survive the real world not a simulation of it. So, we're just going to do a patrol around uptown and stop some crimes that the police could handle." She waited for a response from them.

"So, we're not going to be a real team?" Said Scarlet with sorrow in her voice.

"I...don't know to be honest." Black Sheep responded as her gaze met the ground. "But I do know that there is a heist in one of the jewelry stores right now. Let's work together in order to bring them to justice."
---------------------------

"What do you have for me investigator?" Shouted a man from across the room.

"You're gonna want to see this one chief, reports of a masked and hooded figure saving people from that apartment fire yesterday and that this person created portals. Crazy, right?" Said a woman who had a dark green jacket on and handed the chief of the police department a file.

"What do you want me to do about it? Give them a nice nickname?"

" The media is already calling this one the "Grim Ghost" due to their appearance, how they left, how they saved lives, and even this person's behavior of not staying around too long." Smirked the lady.

"Get more photos and information, whoever this is find a face then let's see what we can pull up. This 'Grim Ghost' is a real person who's intent is unclear, making them dangerous to everyone, this character even has power. The DP didn't have enough firepower to bring down he or she, we need another, more specialized group to handle it ."

"Why don't you give them a ring, keep in mind Scott that I am a private investigator and not your secretary." Turning to leave out the door the woman walked out of the office with her file.
