Staining there Crome watched as the chief of police came up to the the podium. Men and women officers were lined up but in the corner one could see the pointed black ears and hood. Whispered started to fill the room and could even be heard from the event as the people continued to gather outside near departments steps. More and more reporters and journalists showed up as the crowed got bigger.

"Get them under 24 surveillance, check in every 10 minutes and if they do something, I want to know, even if they scratch their neck, what they are doing. Once information gets out to the public we need to expect the worst case scenario, a direct attack by...well, hopefully you won't have to find." Taking off her the top part of her mask she waited for his inevitable series of questions."What do you even want me to tell the press?" The cheif laughed.
" I want you to explain the situation with the Red King and his connections. We need to warn these people, they have a right to know what's going on. I'll even be there in case things go south."
"What do I get out of this whole exchange? Hm?"
"You'll get aid by an organization for this particular individual since he's probably around SSS."
He rubbed his head. " So what do you want the press to call you?"
" There's 4 of us in my team, as a group "The Ghosts" is fine but I would rather not be called " The Grim Ghost", sounds too villainous. "Mockingbird" would fit better if we're on the side of my powers that would most likely fit me better."
"Ironic considering your ears too." He whispered before sighing. "I'll explain a portion of it, then I'll introduce you." The chief opened the front doors and stepped out.
Putting on the top part of her mask she adjusted her costume slightly and made sure her hair was back under the hood. Giving a long sigh before going out as well.

They were covered by a dome of ice, back to back they could hear weapons carving out their shield."You need to leave, I can handle these guys Jane." Zack said with this hands against the ice.
Frost covered his arms and his breath could be seen in the air and a strip of white could be seen in his hair.
"It's not you who they are looking for, Phantom won't stop till they have me. You need to hide, find others like us and keep them safe. I can handle myself." She smiled but her blue eyes spoke of sorrow. "It won't be forever, see you later"
A portal sucked Zack in and left Jane alone in the cold dome. Her smile faded as a weapon formed in her hand. Raking the glowing scythe across it like slicing butter it broke into pieces and distributed on the ground. With her dress shredded she stood as men in white suits surrounded her. A feral growl escaped her throat as they prepared themselves for an attack. Even at a young age she had gained more control with Zack, a 17 year old leader, in a month than many would gain in a year by themselves. These men knew who they were facing and dared not to underestimate the child's skill nor her control because she was the next Black Sheep, a successor to the Throne Of Blood. Rumors had already accumulated of how the Blood King taught his warriors to kill on sight and to show no mercy against anyone. Back then Zack had just taken the thrown after the last had a heart attack that took his life. As of now she was still consider his Ace, strong willed but unable to be played in the new Blood King's deck and trying to prove her worth to him. She had everything yet nothing to lose from this battle. Bending her arm so the scythe was behind her now she had a cold-blooded composure marked over her face like the one of a killer. Her chin tilted up slightly and made her that more intimidating. Even getting attacked previously only a couple of scratches could be seen on her skin. Releasing a breath of white into the air she disappeared from their sight line.
The ground was soaked in their blood, various limbs were on the ground without its vessel. A woman was left standing in the middle with her thumb on the child's head. Collapsed on the ground was Jane, unable to move let alone use her powers. Gritting her teeth as the woman poked her with an electric stick.
"Perhaps you aren't as useless as I initially thought. Load it on the helicopter and make sure to bind her hands and arms behind her back! Get it sedated and to my facility for research!" The woman shouted before darkness curled around her vision.
---------------------------
By now the officer was done with his part and invited her up. Gasps came out but the crowd was silent as they saw the pointed black ears, the hood and the suit come into view.
