Lacey’s POV
“Wake up.” I felt warm breath on the back of my neck as the words pierced my ears. I groaned and shoved my face deeper into my pillow. I felt someone shift beside me and arms around me tighten, pulling me closer to whoever was trying to disturb my sleep.
I groaned again.
“Lacey. Get up. For me?” Niall said a bit louder. I opened my eyes and found myself face to face with Niall’s incredibly affective puppy dog face. I narrowed my eyes at him.
“I hate it when you do that.” I pouted. A smile crept onto his face.
“Do what?” he asked innocently. I ignored him and sat up in bed, pulling the covers around my exposed body. So what? We had a little fun last night.
“What time is it?” I asked when I noticed it was still dark outside.
“Half five.” Niall muttered as he stretched, also sitting up. I was confused on why he had woke me up so early but then I remembered today was the day we left for Ireland. A new surge of energy and nerves hit me, making me feel much more awake.
“Shit. I forgot we leave today.” I muttered and leaned over the side of the bed, picking up my shirt and underwear from off the floor. I slipped my shirt on over my head and put my underwear on and stood up. “I’m going to go shower.” I said and walked over towards the bathroom.
“What was the point in putting clothes on if you’re just taking them off again?” Niall frowned at me. A playful smirk came to my lips as I walked over to where he was sitting on the bed. It took a good amount of effort not to stare at his shirtless self. I forced my eyes to stay locked with his.
“Sorry babe. No free shows.” I said with a teasing wink and kissed him very quickly before spinning around to go to the bathroom. Niall grabbed my wrist and pulled me backwards so I fell into him. He tilted my head back and kissed me again, this time much longer and more passionate. He pulled away and looked down at me with a cheeky smirk. I giggled at him and smiled.
“You’re not allowed to get away from me that easily.” He warned me. I smiled and nodded, still slightly daze from the kiss, so I didn’t give him one of my famous witty comebacks. He chuckled and let go of me, gently pushing me towards the bathroom door.
“Go on. Hurry up and get ready. I don’t want to be late.” Niall commanded and slapped my ass as I walked into the bathroom. I yelped in shock and spun around to see him wink at me before shutting the bathroom door. I rolled my eyes.
“Silly Leprechaun.” I mumbled before turning on the water and stepped into the shower.
Niall’s POV
I chuckled to myself as I walked away from the bathroom door after hearing what Lacey had said through the door. I loved her so much and I couldn’t wait for her to meet my family and friends from back home. I knew they would all love her as well. Who wouldn’t?
I made up the bed and walked down stairs to get myself something to eat quickly. I didn’t even bother asking Lacey if she wanted anything knowing she’d just say we’d eat at the airport, which we would, but I needed something before then either way.
I opened the refrigerator and looked around before deciding on just making myself a quick sandwich. I grabbed all the ingredients necessary and turned around to get to work. Footsteps made me look up. Liam surprised me by standing in front of me.
“Morning mate.” I mumbled and turned back to my sandwich. Liam just groaned in response and I laughed lightly. “What are you doing up so early?”
