Okay so, I am updating from a different computer right now, because my dad who is in the hospital has mine, so the spacing and other stuff my be different. One thing I do know is that the bold and italics is not working so the texting conversation in this chapter and the thoughts and what not will not be differentiated. You can figure that out on your own though. Sorry. Enjoy.

Sierra's POV
I shivered as I walked down the street. My nose was numb and running and my cheeks were flushed red from the cold. I watched thousands of snow flakes as they danced through the air, gently falling to the ground around me.
I let out a long sigh and sniffled. The tears on my cheeks were legitimately frozen at this point and I still wasn't sure where I was going. I know I had been walking for at least an hour though. I sighed and looked around me. There had to be a motel or something around here. I had to get out of the cold if I didn't want to freeze to death.
So what do you do now smart ass? I asked myself. You're alone in the early hours of the morning on Christmas lost out in the snow.
I turned a corner and saw a faint light from ahead of me. I walked closer and let out a sigh of relief.
'Motel' the giant sign read. I picked up the pace and ran over to the entrance of the run down building. It may not be the best place in the world, but at least I can get some sleep.
I walked into the lobby and over to the desk. A creepy ass guy was standing there, looking like he was going to pass out. He immediately shot up and looked me up and down when he saw me. I had to hold in a gag.
"And what is such a pretty young lass like you doing out so early on Christmas morning?" he asked as I approached. I shook my head.
"Don't worry about it. Can I just have a room?" I asked with a weak voice. I had no patients. I just needed to get into a room and think things through.
"Can I come with you?" he winked at me.
"Can you stop being a perv and just do your job?" I snapped back. He narrowed his eyes at me and handed me a key, telling me what the cost of the room would be for the day. "Thank you. Merry Christmas." I muttered under my breath and headed over to the hallway that led to the rooms. I immediately find the room I had the key for and unlocked it, closing the door behind me. Well, I was definitely right. This place was disgusting.
"Just ignore it." I whispered to myself and walked over to the dirty mattress that was to be my bed. I placed my duffel bag down and opened it up, pulling out my phone.
