Chapter 30:

Liana Fair

"I...uh I'm fine and yes I bumped at him" I said and stopped looking at him, so damn intimidating.

He placed a finger on my chin and made me look at him again

"Did you miss me?" He asked, his voice laced with unknown emotion but he seems to want an assurance

"I did" I honestly said

"That's nice to hear because I did too, come here" He motioned to me and I follow closing the space between us

Euro sniffed my hair and sighed. I did the same with his arms, his manly scent always made me feel comfortable. Why is he being this soft anyway? I don't want to know the answer I just want to stay at this state.

"How was your trip?" I asked, watching his chest rising up and down. Euro's hands is softly skimming my arms. We look so much like a couple, except that we are not.

"Exhausting and shitty" He said in monotone

"And why is that?" I pried

"Because you're not there"

My heart leaps at his statement. What the heck is happening to Euro, he is not his usual self and I don't know if I want to be mad or happy about it.

"I am here now" I told him and looked at his face. His beard are well shaven and he looks prim, his eyes were shut close.

"Yes you're here now" He said and opened his eyes meeting mine.

We stared at each other and slowly he dips his head to mine and softly kissed me.

My heart can't contain its excitement as it hammered loudly in my chest.

Euro's intoxicating scent was all over me, his warm tongue entered mine and I did too. It was a slow torturous kiss and I longed for this.

He cursed under his breathe as he placed me on his lap, his hands on both sides of my cheeks as he kiss me passionately.

He needs this, I needed this.

It was minutes and we were both out of breathe as we pull from each other.

David coughed and I automatically detached myself from Euro's lap

"Were here" he said and my cheeks burned to crimson forgetting David was inside and oh god he heard every smooch we made, so damn embarrassing

Euro appeared not affected as he chuckled at me.

We climb outside the car and rode the lift while Euro's arms was resting on my shoulder.

"I missed you but that doesn't mean I will dismiss your former case of speaking with that guy again" He said

My heart is still beating loudly from our encounter and I can't still form any words to say back

We entered his place and Tesla meet us halfway to gather our things. I smiled at her.

"Dinner is already served" she told us.

I went straight to our room and change to my soft clothes. I walked over to the bathroom and stared at my reflection, my lips are swollen and I am flushed.

The cold water splashed on my face and it did cool my heating body.

The door slightly opened and Euro was there again, making my heart leap every goddamn time. He looks so cool and inviting in his white shirt, I saw how his eyes scanned my body from the mirror.

I growled "I hate when you do this" I waved at the space

"What?" he smirked

"You...always making me feel intimidated"

"I don't do that, you make yourself feel that"

"But you do...why am I having this conversation with you anyway" I said

"Now someone's in a pissy mood" He smirked and I want to smack that smug grin away

"I got my period so back off" I said and covered my mouth as soon as the words was out.

"Whoa take it easy I'm not fucking you tonight anyway, well unless you want us to try something nasty" he suggested and touched my hair

"Stop, just stop" I reddened again. I'm angry of myself when I'm around him, it seems like I am always under his lustful spell.

"Let's eat" I suggested

"Holy shit what are you suggesting were going to eat?" He smirked again and pretended shocked

I throw him my book and he laughed harder

"goddamn you, you're insane" I tried to be angry but I can't hide the playful smile from my lips.

"Let's go down then" he finally said

"You sure you wanted nothing to eat in this room?" He teased again

"Absolutely"

We ate and talked about his trip. I'm glad Euro has been so open to me for the past days, and so did I with him as well. We talk about major and minor things and it all makes sense now, we are finally getting to know each other.

I know it's fucked up how sex came before the getting to know stage. My subconscious laughed at me.

Euro suggested we watch Schindler's list. after one hour with us cuddled watching the movie I hardly noticed my eyes dozing to sleep.

My heart silently hope that we can stay together this way, but I know soon it will end. I just have to accept it sooner and enjoy the days left.
