I've been watching you for sometime,
can't stop staring at those ocean eyes

Chapter One: Ocean Eyes
"There you are!" Seungmin yells as (Y/N) ran up to him, holding her school jacket in her hands. (Y/N) breathes heavily as she finally catches up with her best friend.
"Why aren't you fully dressed?" Seungmin asks as he notices the girl only wearing a white dress shirt and black skirt that is her uniform, gripping her black jacket tightly.
"My stupid alarm clock, I didn't hear it."
"You have a terrible memory and your hearing is bad, too?" Seungmin begins to laugh.
(Y/N) rolls her eyes, being used to it. "I do not!"
"Yes, you do." Seungmin says, beginning to walk again, (Y/N) gripping his arm.
"No, I don't."
"Yes, you do."
"No, I don't."
"Yes, you do."
And it was like this until they both arrived at their Biology class.
A tray is slammed against the lunch table in the cafeteria where the six students usually sit at, being that Chan is with his friends at another table, as usual.
"Hyunjin!" The female yells, glaring at the boy whose name was called.
He raises an eyebrow, looking up at the girl, before sighing. "What do you want, Giselle?"
"I texted you the whole night last night, but did you reply? No!"
"I'm aware."
Giselle curses at him a few times before grabbing her tray and storming away from the table. "What are you looking at?" She yells at the peeking eyes.
Was it something new?
No.
"Why does this girl believe she is in a relationship with you?" (Y/N) mutters, taking a bit of her ham and cheese sandwich that she made for lunch.
"What does it look like? She's obsessed!"
Seungmin says, rolling his eyes.
"Jealous are we?" Jisung smirks, making Jeongin almost choke on his chocolate milk.
"N-No..." Seungmin stutters, looking away.
Jisung hums, not believing him.
Hyunjin scoffs. "I don't get why girls are always doing that! Why can't the girls here be as socially awkward and weird as (Y/N)!?"
(Y/N) pauses in mid-chew. "Okay, I'm gonna take that as a compliment anyway I can, and two; Hwang Hyun Jin have you seen yourself? Of course the girls are all around you! So are guys- well, they may not be all around you, but I catch those stares." She says with a smirk, glancing to her side.
Seungmin blushes and looks away. "What are you looking at?" He mumbles quietly so only (Y/N) could hear.
Hyunjin ignores the last part and sighs, resting his chin on his palm which was propped up. "I wonder how it feels to be average-looking. How does it, Jisung?"
The aforementioned boy scoffs and glares at him while the others cackle out in laughter. "I flippin' hate you all, arseholes!"
"Awe, Squirrel. You know we're only joking. You are as handsome as every other boy at this table." (Y/N) says, pouting and reaching across the table to caress his face.
Jisung rolls his eyes and pushes his blonde bangs out his face. "Including you?"
(Y/N) glares at him. "Do I look like one of you dumb arses?"
(A/N: forgive me, I'm trying not to use any profanity in this book)
"I mean, if not for your hairstyle and female facial features, you would," Jeongin says making (Y/N) gasp and bring a hand to cover her mouth, offended.
"You, too, Jeongin? Wow, I'm offended. I try to help this idiot out and get attacked for it...by the same idiot!"
The boys laughs loudly. "Don't act like you ain't used to it," Felix says.
(Y/N) pouts, looking over to the table where the older boys sat at. One caught her eye and she turned back to her younger friends with a smirk. "Chan would never say something like that, right, Minnie?" The only girl of the group teases, knowing that Seungmin would be scolded by his older step-brother, Chan, for teasing his friend again.
Seungmin rolls his eyes. "Puh-lease..." He says, sipping his strawberry milk. "Get over your crush on my brother."
"What crush?! I swear, Kim Seung Min, I'll hurt you if you say that again!" (Y/N) threatens, not even playing around.
No, it wasn't the first time and it surely wouldn't be the last. Some of the other guys shuddered remembering what happened the first time.
Flashback
"Shin Min Hyuk!"
The boy turned around at the voice of the younger girl. "What?" He spat.
"What did you say about Han Ji Sung?"
Min Hyuk laughed loudly, his laugh echoing in the corridors of the school. "I said he's a lousy, short, wimpy, dipshi--"
By then, she was breathing heavily out of her nose as she listened to what the boy in front of her said. Images of her best friend, Jisung, crying on her shoulder, latching on her neck for dear life, (like she was his own mother), flashes through her mind.
"No one, nobody, not even you, messes with my best friends, jerk!" She screams, balling her fists as she allows her anger to indulge her.
Minhyuk laughed in her face. "What are you gonna do about it?"
"Oh, nothing..." She smirked when he raised an eyebrow. "Just...this--" (Y/N) lifted her arms, aiming one of her balled fists at Minhyuk as his eyes widen. She threw a punch right to his midsection.
From then on, (Y/N)'s dad began to send her to anger management classes every Sunday evening. Luckily, it got better.
...They hoped.
End of Flashback
"What? You mean the part about you having a crush on Chan? Why don't I tell him right now? Oh, Channie~" Seungmin's words are cut off when (Y/N) tackles her friend to the ground, not knowing that he'd already gotten the attention of his brother when he called out for him.
"What the hell!"
"Hey, (Y/N)!"
Hyunjin tries to pull the girl off of his best friend but she was freakishly strong. Eat your veggies, kids. Drink your milk, too.
Chan stands up immediately and runs over and pulls the girl off of his brother only to realise that she was just covering his mouth, not wanting her secret to be exposed.
(A/N:
NO, she didn't hurt Seungmin.)
