So my girlfriend came out as a lesbian on the day she asked me out. She was afraid of what her parents, manly her dad and little sister, will think of her dating me. A few months after coming out, she told a group of girls at her school that she was a lesbian. They told her, she didn't act like a lesbian or look like a lesbian. The girls she told are the high and mighty ones. To me, people shouldn't think just because you act or look straight that you are. My brother has the same problem. He looks straight but isn't. At home, he presents himself fully of his sexuality. Just it's stupid that people "base a book on it's cover". I know plenty of people who act gay or present themselves that way, when in fact they aren't. Even for people's genders too. This is just how ignorant people have become.
