Well, the most prominent struggle for an lgbt Person living in the middle East is that you have to keep everything a secret, no matter how old you are or how free you might think you are. For trans people, it is inaccessible and any sex op surgeries are illegal. Most queer girls (or at least the ones that live in over religious families) are forced to marry a man before they reach the age of 25 (lots of stupid desert families marry them when they're still children, like 12-15, it's extremely disgusting) there's very few ways to find a person who's also a part of the lgbt+ .

Most of the middle eastern governments prosecute queer people just because they're queer. In Egypt , flying the rainbow flag is seen as an act of terrorism. The most prominent example of that is the incident that happened in the mashrou'Leila concert that took place in cairo. being extremely homophobic/ transophobic is the norm here and anyone who isn't homophobic/transophobic is seen as weird and probably doesn't have any friends. Living here is very lonely for a person like us

That's the general struggle, it may differ from Person to Person here in the middle east.
