Hiya! My name is Kaydence.

So, I'm a lesbian. I came out to my friends in grade 6 (young I know) most people supported me. None of my friends were against it. But, a few days later that's when problems started. Three girls began saying things like they didn't want me in the change room with them. That hurt, mostly because I thought I had a good relationship with them. They thought I was a creep who'd peep on girls while they were undressing.

Something else that happened was that my friends would put me to people. When I came out to the I told them not to tell people since I wasn't ready. But, whenever I was with a male friend who knew, if anyone said something about us being a couple their immediate reaction would be "she's lesbian" even though they knew I wasn't comfortable. Many people also thought it was a phase one of my friends told me that someone had asked her if I was still gay. That same person who asked also said directly to my face that gays should burn in Hell.
