"Hyungwon!" Minhyuk's voice echoed through the school hallways.
I turned to face him, as he literally ran toward me.
"Yeah?"
"We're having a sleepover at Jooheon's. You should come too." He explained, while I put away my books.
"When is it?" I asked, closing my locker.
"Tonight dummy! Why else would I be asking you now?" Minhyuk laughed.
I rolled my eyes. "Well, maybe because it's good to give people some time to think about it." I muttered under my breath.
"So, are you coming?" Minhyuk asked, grabbing my arm.
We walked down the hallway, to the front door of the school.
"I don't know yet."
"What would be more important than this! It's friday hyungwon!" Minhyuk yelled. He was obviously trying to convince me.
"I said I don't know, Minhyuk." I repeated.
Minhyuk was not sulking. We reached the gates of the school, where our ways parted. I had to fight a little, so Minhyuk would let go of my arm. I said goodbyes and started walking.
What was I supposed to do? I knew Minhyuk wasn't about to give up on this, but Hoseok didn't want me to spent time with them. I decided to ask Hoseok, so I took my phone out. I stared at the screen, thinking. I haven't ever called him. Would he answer if I call? Well, only one way to find out.
It rang once. Twice... two more times...
"Hello."
"Hoseok, you picked up!" I said, honestly way too happy about it.
"Well, yeah. I mean you called." Hoseok laughed. "What's up?"
"I don't know what to do... Minhyuk wants me to go to a sleepover tonight."
"Don't go."
"I... I know, but Minhyuk is really stubborn. When he decides something, it means war."
"Just say you have something to do."
"Uh, I already said that, but he wasn't buying it."
Hoseok sighed. "Well... how hard can it be to refuse?"
"Hard. Extremely hard, Hoseok."
"Do I have to call him? Hyungwon, just tell him you really have something to do. If he doesn't buy it, who cares? I mean he can't force you to go."
"Yeah... I guess you're right." I sighed.
Suddenly I saw someone running toward me. It was Kihyun.
"What the..."
"Hyungwon! You're coming! It's decided!" Kihyun screamed as he reached me.
I frowned. "Can't you see I'm talking to someone?" I asked, pointing at my phone.
Kihyun suddenly grabbed it. "You aren't." He said as he looked at the screen.
"What? Yes, I was." I grabbed the phone back and looked at it.
There was no call going on. It was in the contacts.
"Well, that's weird..." I mumbled.
"Who were you talking to?" Kihyun asked.
"You don't know him." I said quickly. "Also, I said it to Minhyuk already. I have school work to be done."
Kihyun crossed his arms. "You don't. You're lying."
"And why do you think that?"
"I asked your parents if you can come and they said your extra classes are done." Kihyun said.
I mentally facepalmed. Of course, he would ask my parents.
"Why are you avoiding us?" Kihyun then asked.
I stopped walking. "Avoiding? How exactly?"
"Well, you don't hang out with us anymore. Also, when we ask you to tag along, you just tell us white lies. Have we done something? Are you angry?"
"No, I'm not angry and no, you haven't done anything." I sighed and started walking.
"Then why?"
"I don't know okay? I've just been doing something else lately."
"You have a boyfriend."
I stopped again.
"Yeah, that must be it." Kihyun hummed.
"No."
"What do you mean no? What else would you be doing, then meeting your boyfriend? Now, tell me who is it? Namjoon? Oh, maybe that Kyungsoo guy! You seemed to be close at Namjoon's party..."
"Kihyun... I don't have a boyfriend."
Kihyun seemed almost disappointed. His shoulders dropped. "Okay."
"Alright. You won." I said.
"What?"
"I said you won. I'll come."
"Yes! Great! See you later then!" Kihyun grinned and walked away from me.
Geez, how did he even find me? Those guys are a pain in the ass sometimes...
Later, when I was sitting on my bed at home. I decided to tell Hoseok, that I was going after all.
Me: Hey, So... I'm going.
Hoseok: Why?
Hoseok: I told you not to.
Me: I know, but Kihyun had
asked my parents... and they
said I can go, so...
Me: I couldn't refuse anymore, okay?
Hoseok: You couldn't because
you're weak.
Hoseok: But there's a good
side to this too.
Me: What is it?
Hoseok: Now you will see how
much they hate you.
Hoseok: They will act even more
harsh than I ever have.
Hoseok: They will make you cry
and they will laugh at you.
Me: Why? Why do they hate me?
Hoseok: How would I know
that? After all I don't hate you.
Me: Well... I'll talk to you later.
I have to get going now.
Hoseok: Okay. Text me
if you need me.
Me: Will do :)
Me: Bye
