Josie was standing there, in silence. Her body shivered ever so slightly due to the trauma she had just experienced. It was always hard for a wolf to shift for the first time, but it was even harder for someone that had never known it was coming. "Josie?" Jo asked. I had let her mother speak to her first. She would have a better advantage than me. Especially with Josie's emotions heightened. Josie turned to look at her mother and I frowned when I saw her face. One eye had gone back to its normal brown, the other had stayed looking like a wolf eye, golden with green flecks in it. "Why isn't one of my eyes going back to normal?" she asked. I shook my head. "I don't know," I whispered. I really didn't. "I'll see if I can contact my father and see if knows the answer to that," I said softly. "How are you feeling?" Jo asked, cautiously. We all knew that it would take Josie a little while to get her head straight and her emotions under control. She frowned and I could tell that she was thinking hard about this. "I feel better than I've ever felt before. I feel like I am who I am supposed to be. I do feel kind of achy and tired though. But, it feels good," she said looking up at her mother with a smile. "Don't hide anything from me Josie. I will understand if you want to talk about things, and if you don't want to talk to me, you have your mother," I said. Josie looked at me and then she smiled. "Quite funny isn't it? Your eyes are not normal, now mine aren't either," she said giggling. I shook my head with a half-grin. "The moon is still up, the sun won't come up for another two hours. Would you like to feel the freedom of being a wolf?" I asked. She stared at me for a moment and then she narrowed her eyes. "Yes," she said smiling. I almost shifted right there. My wolf was excited. "Just picture yourself with fur, it might sound..." I trailed off as she gave me a toothy grin and suddenly she was standing on all fours. I smiled. Her wolf was beautiful. I smiled. In contrast, my fur was different than hers. I was a dark brown, with a few white specks thrown on my like my mother. My eyes stayed mixed. "Josie is a wolf now?!" Lizzy asked finally processing what she had seen. "Yes, and she has lost her powers, I assume," Jo said. I frowned. I hadn't shifted yet. "Josie, lets go out tomorrow night. We can shift at will and I would rather get answers now," I stated. She whined at me. I knew she wanted to figure out this part of her, but I knew that she needed to get answers. "Come on, I promise. Plus, it will help your body rest some," I stated. It was true, she needed to rest after letting her body go through a shift twice within just a few hours. She sighed and headed toward the personal restroom in Ric's office. A few moments later she emerged in her human skin. Her eyes were still mixed.

"Are you going to try to talk to your father, or mother?" Josie asked. I sighed. "I'm going to try my father first. I have been trying to contact my mother, but she has never answered me," I said. She nodded and everyone waited as I closed my eyes and thought of my father's face. I felt the atmosphere change in the room and a few gasps from Violet and Macey. He was here. I opened my eyes and looked at his face. "You have found your Queen," he stated. I smiled. "Yeah," I said lowly. Jackson turned to look at Josie. "You, my dear, are stunning and exquisite. You will make a fine Queen," my father said. I smiled. It had brought tears of joy to Josie's eyes. "It is a pleasure to be able to talk to you this time, Mr. Kenner," Josie said. "Call me Jackson, Jack, or dad, it won't bother me," he said smiling. Josie nodded. Then he turned back to me. "I am assuming you want to know what she is now," he said. Everyone froze. "She is special. Like, Luna was given angel blood, it seems that since Josie is your true mate, she will keep her powers as a witch, but she will be able to shift as a wolf as well. The first, of her kind. A hybrid, not a tri-breed," he said. I smiled. "Except, she isn't a hybrid anymore," Jackson said. I frowned. "But, you just said..." Klaus said stepping up. Jackson held his hand up. "She has been given the gift, one that I knew was coming, but only one person could give, because she held that gift as well," my father explained. Suddenly, beside him, stood my mother, in all her glory. Huge white wings flowed from her back and her mixed eyes and dark curly hair, made her look like a war goddess. "Mom," I breathed. She smiled. "I was given a gift from my predecessor. Now, I have passed that gift on to Josie. She has been angel blessed," she whispered. I froze. "But, Luna..." I trailed off. "Angel blessed is different that being given blood rights. She does not share blood with an angel, just as I did not. We were both given the new formation of an angel bloodline. You have angel blood within you, just as Caroline, Dameon, and Macey do now as well. And Nova. You are descended from me, all of my descendants have my bloodline of angel in them. As for Josie, she was given a new bloodline, which made Lizzy part of it as well. She will keep her witch powers too. But, yes Jo and Ric, the curse is gone and broken forever," my mother said looking at the girls' parents. Lizzy and Josie were confused, but Ric and Jo let out a sigh of relief and even a few tears. "Tala, we owe you so much," Ric said choking up. "I intend to cash on that favor right now. I need to come back Ric. Katherine and Kai have felt the power rush and they are on their way. I have to keep the children safe," Tala said. Her eyes had started to glow a little. "Very well, tell us what you need," Ric said. My mother smiled. "My son and Hope must do this together. Only they are strong enough to withstand the pain and agony of bringing me back," she said quietly. Klaus had watched and the mention of pain and agony on Hope had him going crazy. "No!" Klaus said. "There has to be another way," he said. "Together, their powers..." she was stopped by Josie. "Unless I can siphon and mediate, Lizzy and I can help take some of the pain," Josie said. My mother was quiet for a moment and then she dipped her head. "Very well, but it will still hurt, just not as much," she said. Josie nodded and looked around the room as my parents disappeared. "We have to get ready, the moon is almost gone," she said in a rush. I smiled. My father was right, she was a Queen.
