Dianne's POV

After saying goodbye to my parents in Australia, I boarded the plane.

I was moving to London, to start my dream of becoming a dancer. And I'd been offered an apprenticeship in dance. In one of the biggest and best dance schools in the world. So, I took it, it was too big of an opportunity to miss.

I'd arrived in London, to the freezing cold air, but it was fine.

I looked at my peice of paper I had in front of me.

Flat number 105 it read.

Looking up in front of me, I saw the block of flats I was sharing with a housemate. It was cheaper to part-rent it with another girl, so I'd be paying half the rent with her.

I got my key out, and unlocked the flat door and stepped inside.

"Hi you must be Dianne, " A voice spoke.
I smiled, she had a accent. "I'm Amy."
"Hi Amy, nice to meet you. I'm Dianne." I smile. "whereabouts are you from? I hear an accent." I say.

"I'm from a place called Wales," Amy spoke, smiling. "where are you from?"
"I'm from Australia." I grin.
"Oh wow." Amy smiles.

We chat for ages, getting to know each other. Amy, has just qualified as a dancer, and has offered to help me practice if I need it.

Once I'd unpacked all my bags, and had settled in. Amy, as she has been here a year, decided to show me a tour of London.

So we headed out, sightseeing, chatting and laughing. I've made a friend in Amy already, and I've been here a couple of hours.

"Do you fancy night out in the city? We could go clubbing, or watch a film?" Amy asks.
"Clubbing sounds great, I'll get ready. And we can head out in a bit." I smile, as we make our way back to our flat.

I touched up my dark brown hair, before slipping into my dark blue dress, and adding a brown belt.
