Corbyn had taken Daniel to a cute little retro ice cream shop. Daniel loved the atmosphere in here. It was old, soothing, and quiet, since it was virtually empty apart from a few people.
"That'll be £8.20 please" the lady beamed with a smile. Daniel went to reach for his wallet but Corbyn stopped him.
"This one's on me" he said with a cheeky grin. Daniel nodded happily in gratitude. Corbyn handed the lady a note. "Keep the change" he called out as he lead Daniel towards a quiet booth in the corner.
"So, why are we here?" Daniel asked curiously. "Oh, I just wanted to hang out" Corbyn lied.
Corbyn didn't tell Daniel the real reason they were there. You see, Corbyn had always been an observant person. He found it easy to read people. He knew almost everything about his four best friends. That's why it was so easy for Corbyn to see that Daniel had been down for a while now. The blonde boy couldn't help but notice that a sadness had overtaken the boy.
Daniel used to be a ray of fucking sunshine. His positivity was so in your face that it was almost sickening. At times, Corbyn would start to get annoyed by it, but it wasn't till he saw the happy spark leave Daniel's eyes that he realised that he'd grown to love it. Daniel wasn't the same without it.
And so, Corbyn had decided that he would do whatever it took to help his friend. No matter what it was, he'd do it if he knew that, even for a second, it would make Daniel happy.
Corbyn loved Daniel. He loved their friendship. He was willing to do anything to make his friend happy.
Although, things didn't seem as straight forward as Corbyn wished they'd be. The only way Corbyn had seemed to make Daniel happy recently was when Corbyn had been slightly suggestive. He didn't mean to be! He'd only carelessly placed his hand on Daniel's thigh. But when he saw a smile creep on to Daniel's face, he knew that to him it must have been more than that.
Corbyn knew from the past that Daniel definitely had a thing for him. Or, at the very least, was curious about him. Corbyn didn't want to lead Daniel on or anything, but maybe Daniel would accept a ONE TIME favour from Corbyn.
Corbyn wasn't sure about what he was going to do... in fact, he was pretty sure he shouldn't be doing it, but he did it anyway.
"Daniel, I need you to tell me now, do you wanna do something with me? Like just to try? ONCE! That's it!"
Daniel suddenly paused, his face turning a deep shade of red.
"Wh...what? Daniel asked nervously. "Where is this coming from!?" Daniel questioned, bewildered."I don't know... you just look really down? I guess I just kinda got the vibe off of you. I just want to help you Daniel, and this seems to be the only way that's working. You know I love you bro, I'd do anything for you."
Daniel sat there, thoughts running through his head. He didn't like Corbyn anymore. Of course, Corbyn didn't know that his feelings had vanished. How did Corbyn even know that Dani had ever had feelings for him in the first place!?!
Daniel groaned, placing his head in his hands. "What exactly are you implying?"
Daniel waited for an answer, but was instead greeted with silence. He looked up at Corbyn to see him uncomfortably shifting in his seat.
"Just forget it... let's pretend this ever happened." He mumbled, returning to his Ice cream. Daniel did the same, trying to ignore his and Corbyn's suggestive conversation.
Daniel thought Corbyn would drop the topic, but something in Corbyn's mind must have urged him to go on, because Daniel would have never anticipated the next words that left Corbyn's mouth.
"All I'm trying to say is... Well, I mean, I'll suck ya dick if you want" Corbyn stated nonchantly.
Daniel choked on his Ice cream, dropping his little spoon as he looked left to right, scanning their surroundings and hoping no one had heard Corbyn.
"Uh, Corbyn, what thE FUCK!?" Daniel exclaimed, throwing his arms about frantically.
"What?" Corbyn questioned innocently. "Sorry Daniel, I'm just trying to help. I thought that maybe it was something you'd want..." Corbyn said, lowering his head in shame.
"Are you even gay?" Daniel questioned, leaning in so that no one could hear.
"Well, no" Corbyn admitted. "But as long as you say no homo, it's not gay!" Corbyn joked. Daniel rolled his eyes as Corbyn fell back into his seat, laughing.
"Sorry, that wasn't offensive or anything, was it?" Corbyn asked, suddenly weary of Daniel's annoyed expression. "No" Daniel muttered. "You're just a dickhead."
Corbyn held a hand up to his heart, pretending to be hurt by Daniel's words. "Ouch that hurt" Corbyn mimicked. Daniel tried to keep a straight face, but he cracked a smile and a small giggle. He playfully hit Corbyn's shoulder.
"Alright, we should be getting back to the hotel" Corbyn stated. Daniel nodded, getting up and following him out of the small shop.
