The Fight

Crystal's P.O.V

I cant believe it. By this time tomorrow I will be a married woman and the Queen of Dragons, With Jade and Sapphire at my side as my Ladies-in-waiting. To tell you the truth i'm scared of being royalty. I seen first hand lately the choices they have to make in order to rule fairly. And its sometime not pretty.

Every since Noble Peter die a month ago, every one has been giving me a hard time. Like two weeks  ago while I was perfecting my elemental magic by growing some roses, a maid came up to me while I was focusing and purposely bumped into me. Spilling an entire glass of wine on me, then went to blame it on me. 

Then there is last week, when three Ambassadors came tome and started asking me some questions about royal life, and have these answers I didn't even know I was just guessing that is until they started asking some personal questions. Like how man boyfriends I had before Marcus? Or if all we witches specializes in curses and posing spells? I found that weird.

But what weird is that Marcus has been distant with me and John and James have been given me some funny looks. So to catch a break, I'm going to visit by parents grave like I have been since this started a month ago.

So here I am now getting in my car when suddenly, Jade and Sapphire came rushing out to me and asking if they could tag along. And of course I said yes. Once we got in the car I started to drive towards the witch portal but that's when the questions started.

"So where are we going?" Jade asked fumbling with her fingers causing me to sigh.

"Jade you are my friend and I know I might not have good experience in royalty or friendship, I'm not dump so tell what you have to say," 

"Are you cheating on Marcus?" Sapphire asked causing me to dead stop the car while they, looked at me through the rear view mirror.

"NO! Why the hell would you asked that girls? I love him too much to do that to him. What brought this on?" I asked looking them hurt, that my own friends would think that of me.

"Well you are almost never found, when you leave you don't return until late. Few of the dragon nobles said they over head you saying about Marcus that 'he would never what hit him'. and then they are rumors that you are taking advantage of the rein that Marcus gave you and are bullying the maids," Jade said looking at me disappointed.

I was mad after hearing that. I turned back to the front and started to drive. Not a word came from my mouth, when they tried to speak to me, I would stop them. I didn't stop until I went through the portal in the witches domain and park in front the Cemetery where my parents where buried. The gate keeper, Kenny came up to the car and smiled.

"Came back to see your parents again I see, your a wonderful child to have so devoted and caring. Oh did you get the news that you fiance's gift is ready?" she said smiling at me.

"Yes I got the news but I was wondering if you can call the owner and have it brought here so I can collect it from you when I leave. I cant stay to long today," I said and she nodded her head before open the gate and taking out her cellphone. 

All this while the girls sat shock looking at me but I was to pissed off to care. I drove and parked the car in the usual place before jumping out the car,grabbing the roses in the back seat and  started walking to my parents grave and sitting down. After five minutes I heard 'my friends' walk up behind me.

"Well you wanted to know where I was going, the answer is here. I spend the entire day with my parents. You wanted to know what call was about, it was for a gift I had made here for him. You both know I hate bullying so why would I bully the staff of the castle. They have been making my life a living misery by doing things and blame it on me," I pause to look at my hands and place the the rose on their grave. "So why do my friends, people I though knew me would think so low of me?" I asked not even looking at them.

"Crystal we're so sorry we didn't know and we---, Jade started but I cut her off as I started the cry.

"Leave me alone, take the car back home the GPS are set on the portal back to the dragon kingdom,"

"Crystal please lets talk about this back home please," Sapphire pleaded

"I said LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!!" I shouted while they looked at me shocked and scared before walking away to the car and driving away.

After awhile of sitting staring at my mom's grave, the rain started to fall and I guess that's when the tears started too. I cried my eyes out. I wanted to pull my hair off, I was angry. I didn't even realize the rain wasn't hit me anymore or another person standing behind. That is until I looked up to see Marcus standing over me with an umbrella over my head while he got soaked. While Jade, James, John and Sapphire stood in the back.

I wiped my tears away and look away from Marcus. Kenny walked towards us as I stood and handed me the gift before walking away again. I looked at it an then turned to walk off but Marcus grabbed my hand and I pulled it back.

"What are you doing here Marcus? I done believe you had the time come all the way out here t pick me up. I fine, why don't you go back to the dragon kingdom without me, cause I not welcomed there. I'm tired, I've tried to understand your people but I've had enough Marcus, I cant take them anymore. I promised you, that I would never leave you but I cant keep that promise if their trying everything in their power to break us apart. My own friends were just asking if I was cheating on u and bullying your people. I'm hurt and I've had it with them Marcus I cant continue like this. They win. They win!" I shout while I dropped to my knees and cried out in pain and frustration, while Marcus looked hurt at what I said but he dropped to his knees hugging trying calm me down.

I cried and cried until I blacked out.

********************** Back at the Dragon Kingdom********************************************

When I woke up, I looked around and notice I was back at the castle and sit at my bed side in the couch was Jade, John, James and Sapphire. Marcus on the other hand stood leaning on the window, looking out on the landscape. He was crying silent but then he punch the wall near him causing me to jump and I guess that's I realize the other holes in the wall. I guess that also when they realize I was awake.

"We're sorry Crystal that we doubted you. We didn't know what was going we swear," Jade said crying her eyes while rushed to me with a glass of water.

"I want to speak with  my mate please, alone," Marcus said not even looking at us but they left us and that's when he finally looked at me. "Why didn't you come to me my love? I know I haven't been the best lately and I'm sorry but I could never do that to you.  When you started talking to me, and leaving the grounds and I didn't know what to do. Please don't leave me Crystal, I cant you," Marcus pleaded while walking to my side with tears running down his face.

"Marcus, I--," 

"Please I do anything I'll even stand the the throne and give it to John or James. I can't  lose you, for losing you is losing myself. You are my mate Crystal but I love you more than anything. So please tell what can I do please," he said crying on my shoulder but then that when I realize that there was a few Ambassadors standing at door, staring in shock.

"Marcus, I sorry about what I said at the cemetery, I was angry that you and my friends didn't trust me enough to come to me and ask for the truth and accuse me of things I hate anyone to do to others. I was upset and said things I did't mean but I was serious when I said I giving up. I'm not wanted here and as long as I'm here they are just going fine another to accuse me of and I ain't having it," I said looking at my hands then looked up the Dragon council and Ambassadors and said. "You win, the ungrateful witch will leave and take the spell over your king along with her,"

"Crystal please," 

"No Marcus, I am leaving and going back to where I belong, either the human or witch domain but not here," I said getting up to fast that I immediately felt dizzy and fell to the ground at least that what I though til I felt Marcus catch me.

"I hope you all are happy if anything happens to her I will rip you all apart bit by bit now get out," that was the last thing I heard before I blanket out again.

I have no idea why I decide that a fight before the wedding was a good idea by there it is another chapter.
