When time stops

Chapter one

''I do have everything packed.'' John stated rechecking everything ''I know we're meeting there, I'll be there on time.'' John said leaving his bag going into his kitchen ''It's at 6, got it.'' he said rolling his eye's with a smile ''Jean just calm down alright.'' he said pouring the hot water into a cup with a tea bag ''What?'' he asked moving the phone to the other side ''Why is she coming?'' he asked stirring his tea with a spoon and turned around smiling seeing Evin walk by ''I thought you said no add-ons.'' Evin turned looking at him, John sighed ''Yeah it'll be fine, I'm not talking to her though.'' Evin nodded knowing who it was and leaned on the island ''Bye.'' he said and hung up, Evin looked at him ''Georgia?" John nodded throwing the tea bag out adding some sugar.

''We could always cancel.'' John looked at him taking a sip ''No we can't, I'm the one who set this whole thing up just so you and them could meet, I just wish she didn't get invited.'' Evin looked at him ''Who invited her?'' John set his cup down swallowing ''Ainsley.'' Evin nodded and looked back at his suitcase through the door to John's room ''You're already packed?'' he asked and looked to him ''I'm an organized person.'' Evin smiled ''It's next weekend.'' John nodded ''I know, that's why I'm packed.'' Evin got up and looked at the clock ''Now I have to go pack.'' he said and walked off ''You can pack Monday?" John suggested but didn't get a response, he smiled and turned around.

Evin pulled his suitcase out from his closet and started packing a few clothes ''What do I pack?'' he called getting John to enter his room, John looked over at his bag ''I haven't packed everything yet, my tooth brush and stuff are still in the bathroom.'' Evin crossed his arms ''I didn't ask what didn't you pack, I asked what do I pack?'' John smiled ''Shoes you aren't gonna wear will next weekend.'' John suggested, Evin turned and went to his closet and grabbed two pairs of shoes putting them in the netted part of the case and turned to John ''A book? Oo, bring your sketch book.'' John said remembering, Evin nodded ''Alright.'' he said going over, he grabbed a book he was currently reading and grabbed two of his sketch books putting them in the suitcase ''But put those in your backpack.'' Evin looked at him ''What?" John smiled ''Do you wanna sketch on the way to the camp grounds or only at the camp grounds, same with reading?" Evin thought for a bit then sighed putting the stuff down.

John pushed off the wall hearing a knock at the door and walked over, he put the cup of tea down and opened the door ''Hello?'' he asked before seeing who it was, he smiled and opened the door letting his friend in, he shut the door and turned seeing Evin ''Hey Ash.'' Evin said and went into the kitchen, Ash waved before turning to John ''So, I bought the camper and wanted to show you.'' John smiled ''Alright.'' he said and got his shoes on grabbing his key's ''Be right back, remember you don't need to pack everything.'' Evin nodded as he shut the door following Ash down the hall.

''You guy's are already packing?" Ash asked as they got into the elevator, John nodded ''Yeah, I packed because I was bored.'' Ash smiled ''Only you.'' John smiled as they lowered down to the bottom floor, they walked out and headed over to the front, they walked down the street a bit before reaching it ''Oh, cool.'' John commented while Ash unlocked it, John looked at the whole thing before they went inside, tinted window's and a small part on top to extend out ''Fancy.'' he said as they walked inside ''There is a thing outside for everyone's luggage and a place in the back for the BBQ.'' John turned smiling ''Awsome.'' he looked at the small dinning area, mini fridge and counters and a microwave ''Honestly Ash, how much?'' he asked turning to him, Ash smiled ''Doesn't matter.'' he said looking at everything.

John finally opened a door leading into where the bed was ''How much was this really.'' he asked stepping in seeing the flat screen Tv ''100,00 range.'' Joh turned to face him '' The others pitched in.'' John then felt bad ''I could've pitched in too.'' Ash shook his head ''No you're already paying for the rec room.'' John smiled and walked over hugging him, they pulled away when Ash's phone started ringing ''Time.'' John smiled and they got out of the camper, John thanked him again before walking to the building entrance while Ash got in the camper and drove it away.
