Chapter twenty one

Ash dried his hair with the second last towel hanging and walked over to his clothes taking them out of the sink to let them dry, he looked at himself in the mirror with the towel around his neck, he glanced down at his clothes before seeing a razor with one of the blades popped out a bit, he grabbed the razor and removed the blade looking at it, his mind wondered while he stared at it, he jumped hearing a knock on the bathroom door and looked over ''You done yet?'' Carson asked awaiting his turn. Ash looked at the blade putting the razor back grabbing his clothes and walked over letting Carson head in, he walked over putting his clothes on the heater while John went over getting his and Monte's off and walked back giving Monte his, Ash stayed near the heater while it warmed up hopping the heat would also hit him to dry him as well, he took the elastic off his wrist and tied his hair back getting it all into it.

They were all still watching the Tv since it still worked but the news channel was the only one that was working ''Say anything new?" Ashton asked curious while the two got dressed ''We'll if by new you mean mentioning zombie's, no.'' Jean stated putting the remote down putting his head back ''We'll leave in the morning.'' Monte said getting his shirt walking over to the window seeing the sun was completely down now, Ash looked down at his clothes before back at the Tv. Jean slid down and laid his head on the pillow while the two climbed into the bed laying there ''Either you or Carson can shut the light off after.'' Jean said handing Ashton the remote and going under the covers.

Ash sighed and sat down on the small couch facing the Tv, waiting for his clothing, he put his head in his hand and stared at the Tv watching it talk about thing's like the weather for the next couple days seeing that it was supposed to be sunny the whole week, he sighed knowing thing's like that were normally wrong about that type of thing. An hour passed by the time Ash checked his clothes again and found they were dry, he started with his bottom's as Carson exited the bathroom he was zipping up his jeans and Carson saw the scar's on his chest ''John has those too.'' Ash looked over then looked down at hi chest before pulling the shirt over his head ''So?'' he asked sitting down, Carson shrugged walking over to place his thing's on the heater.

Carson looked over to the Tv seeing Ash wasn't paying attention anymore, he walked over and sat down in the spot next to him and looked around ''Think there's a radio in here?'' Ash looked at him then turned around seeing a small clock on the end table wondering if it also worked as a radio ''Maybe.'' Carson turned looking at the clock before getting up and walking over, holding the towel around his waist. He picked the clock up and nodded pressing a button letting them talk, he turned back as they just herd the Vegas news. He shut it off and walked back ''Guess we can't check in with the safe zone to see if thing's changed.'' he whispered turning it off and walked back over to him sitting next to him ''You're not tired are you?'' Carson asked and Ash shook his head ''You can sleep though.'' he said and looked to him.

Carson smiled and put his head back ''Not tired.'' he simply said, Ash sighed and looked to the Tv seeing the news, he looked for the remote finally finding it on the ground and turned it up, Carson sat up looking as it spoke *Viral outbreak in Canada has now spread into the U.S. and it threatening everyone living in these major areas, Los Angeles, Tennessee, Ohio, and Washington DC. Some people are calling these victims of the virus zombies, these victims are extremely dangerous and everyone in these areas should head to their provided safe zones.* Jean woke up and rubbed his eye's looking over seeing the Tv ''Finally caught the news attention?'' he asked, the two turned nodding and looked back at the Tv.

The three that were awake turned to the window hearing sirens ''Turn it off.'' Jean said getting up and went to the balcony, Ash shut the Tv off completely and the two went to the window, Jean looked up hearing a scream from a higher floor ''Wake them up, we need to leave.'' he said rushing them inside, Carson grabbed his moist clothes and got them on while Ash ran to John and Monte waking them up while Jean gathered their things, John and Monte got up fast getting their shoe's on while they got everything then left not bothering with remembering the keys.
