As soon as Breeze began walking down a path made out of half destroyed slabs, someone grabbed my arm. And by "someone," I mean Lynx. His grip was tight as he handed me a torch. When he passed it to me, he said in a hushed tone, "You better not hurt Bree. No messing around." Without giving me a choice to reply, he shoved me to go along the path. Well...that was weird.
Breeze noticed me, "Well, good thing you made a use out of yourself." I gritted my teeth and nodded, continuing to walk.
"So what's this Moon Forest?" Hearth curiously asked asked as he was skipping around. His golden eyes shined like little flames (pun intended) as the torch I was holding illuminated half of his face.
"Well it sprouted from this teardrop of Luna, the spirit of the night." Breeze looked up at the violet tinted moon. "It is forbidden to enter the forest. Some legends say that from the teardrop, a flower gave birth to the forest. And that very flower had indescribable power."
"What can it do?"
"As I said before, it has indescribable power! You know what indescribable means-"
Suddenly Hearth stopped skipping, his golden eyes glowing dangerously bright. "It has the power to give life to the purest of dying. Heal the most wounded. But alas it can destroy the most stone hearted." His voice didn't sound like its usual bubbly self, it sounded ancient and dark.
No reason to freak out. Hehe... I immediately felt my hands drift to my elbows.
As quick as the wave of ancientness came, it left Hearth. His eyes returned to normal and he didn't look a bit concerned but rather confused on why we were staring at him.
"What?" Hearth asked with a bit annoyance, "C'mon slowpokes, the fire is going to run out soon!"
So he began merrily skipping on the path, as if nothing just happened. Breeze looked over at me for any clues. However, I didn't give her the chance because I began walking again.

The motto for Aeledge should be, 'If not popular, don't care for it' because that's exactly what described our Family 'villa'. It wasn't like the other villas.
Instead it was just four big houses surrounding a broken dry fountain. A ripped flag with four combined symbols sat at the top of the fountain. You could definitely tell which houses belong to each... spiritual family thingy.
Breeze's house was tall, a bit lanky with lots of little decorations made for the wind to whistle through. A small rusty airplane sat at the top of the roof. It probably doesn't even work.
The house next to Breeze had torches ablaze on each side of the entrance, it was tall as well but not so lanky as Breeze's. Weapons were held up by stands that were covered in iron armor. Well, I think it was stands that were holding up the armor. The house in all had a formal yet dangerous vibe.
Wait.... that sounds a bit like Hearth, cute yet vicious. No wonder he is like that.
I looked over to where I suppose my house stands. Shrubs and flowers were planted in front of the house, nearly covering the windows. It looked neat yet wild at the same time.
"I am guessing you can figure out which house you belong to." Breeze suddenly spoke as she walked over to her house.
We both nodded and walked to ours. When I was about to go inside mine, the house next to mine caught my eye.
It looked clean and as if something had recently been in there. Maybe Breeze had gone in it before? No, that doesn't seem to be it. A stone near the door was spewing out a gentle stream of water down into a little pool. A scent of the ocean sifted from the house.
Well maybe since it's a water house, it can keep itself clean with water? I don't know. I should probably worry about it tomorrow..
I calmed down my nerves and entered my new home.

Sorry for the short chapter but I am hoping I can publish at least ten chapters over the weekend.Just a little thing; this book is already written in Google Drive and I decided to publish through here. In Google drive, the book has around 67 pages, 29713 words, and 21 chapters.
So yeah, a long book. I have already finished the book and I am on the sequel, Warriors of Aeledge Zenen.
I started the book back in November or October and finished the book in January. I started the sequel in January-Febuary and I am still currently writing in it. It already has 46 pages and I am planning it to be a little bit longer than the first.
This series will be a seven or more books series if you must know.
Have a good day my lovie dovies~
