“Promise not to explode this park,” I sighed as I plopped myself on a bench. We were at Saint Sturyel park, one of my favorite places in the world. I mostly liked it because it was peaceful and the scenery was beautiful. Also, this was basically the last park not taken over by Greg Wilkinson and his gang of criminals.

Breeze and Jasper sat on the side of the lake while Alessio leaned on a tree, distancing himself between us. Alessio caught me looking at him and he raised his eyebrow.

I bit my lip and looked away. I couldn’t tell what he was feeling. Despite that, I could imagine how he’d feel when he found out his best friend is actually a magical Rem boy that fights monsters and stuff.

“Ouch! Do not press that hard,” I heard Breeze complain as Jasper was dabbing some rive on her wound. I glanced over when Jasper had finished the treatment and I saw that the wound on her face was already healing, slowly but surely.

“So, now that we have that out the way, let’s try to figure out how we are going to rescue this fourth warrior guy.” Jasper said as he placed the remaining rive in his pocket.

“Or girl.” Breeze pointed out, “But that doesn’t matter. What matters is that we know that our fourth warrior is in a place of sleep.”

“So a bedroom?” Jasper asked with confusion, “It’s a place of sleep for me.”

“I doubt that.” Breeze said and stood up. She looked over at me, “Remember yesterday you had visions of future, did you see anything?”

“Please don’t remind me.” I whined then closed my eyes, trying to remember. I bit my lip as soon as I felt a fizz of connection stirring in my brain. Unfortunately, Alessio broke that concentration by suddenly walking towards us, his arms crossed and his expression clearly in frustrated confusion.

“You didn’t tell me that you could look into the future.” He said as he sat down next to me, “And you didn’t tell me that you were part of quests, Acrimini warriors..”

“Guardians of Acrimonious,” Breeze quietly coughed the correction.

Alessio rolled his eyes, “Whatever. My point is; I thought we were best of friends, Hearth. Why didn’t you tell me this before?” His reddish brown eyes stared deeply into my eyes and for a moment I thought I saw something else within them.

“Look, I didn’t even know I was involved with this stuff until yester- I mean five days ago. I was clueless as you were!” I explained, hoping he would believe me. If there was something that I knew about Alessio for sure was his stubbornness. I doubted that he would believe me.

In fact, my prediction was correct. He looked at me skeptically then he nodded, patting my shoulder.

He got up, “I should probably go and leave the fate of the world to your hands.” With that he left us. I glanced over at Breeze whom had a thinking expression worn.

“What are you thinking about?”

“Nothing...Anyway, any luck in remembering any visions?” As soon as she said that I let out an unintentional groan. Then something hit me. I remembered the time when we traveled through the överresa. That girl or boy. The sleeping pod. Then when I reviewed the memory I realized in the background there was a logo.

Sleep Tight Corp. There was also a sign. Just like my scrolls, it was written in strange symbols. If only.. I thought hard about it until I realized I could read it. It said HQ.

In that instant, I jumped up. “I know where we have to go.”

“Where?” Jasper asked as he, too, stood up.
