Picture to the side is Jesse ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~^~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*I walked out of my third period class and started walking to the lunch room. I was walking by the girls' bathroom when I heard a sob. I stopped walking and listened.
"Cheyenne, obviously he was no good. Get yourself together." A voice said.
"Yeah, he was ugly anyways." Another voice said and I rolled my eyes.
"But we were together for 3 months." The sobbing girl said, who I'm guessing is Cheyenne. I read Cheyenne's record and I wanna meet her so I opened the door and they all stopped whatever they were doing and looked up at me.
"Um do you mind? We're having an important conversation here?" One girl I recognized to be Chelsea said. I raised my eyebrows at her. Then I looked down at Cheyenne.
"You were dating for 3 months correct?" I said and she nodded.
"I think you need to show him that you were better off without him." I said and her eyes widened.
"Um why are you just coming in here thinking you know what you're talking about when you don't even know us?" Another girl, Dakota said.
"Guys, you don't know who she is?" A girl named Brooke said. They all shook their heads. I smirked and crossed my arms.
"We'll let me introduced myself. My name is Rose Carter. I am 18 years old. I am a senior. Oh and I know who all of you are." I said and they all looked at me with wide eyes.
"Wait, you're the new girl that everyone's talking about. The one related to Jason, Cassandra, and the Carter twins." Dakota said and I nodded.
"How do you know who we are?" Brooke asked.
"I know who all the seniors are." With that I walked out of the bathroom. I walked to the cafeteria which was my main destination but before I could walk in, a body blocked me. I looked up to see Jesse Collins.
"I seen you this morning." He said in my ear. I looked up at him and smirked.
"Oh I saw you too. All caked up with Brittany." I laughed at his expression.
"I have no idea what you're talking about. I think you're mistaking me for Liam Carter." He said and shook his head.
"Liam doesn't even go to high school." I raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah but he's all lovey dovey with Brittany all the time." He said and shrugged.
"Someone sounds jealous." I smirked and he scoffed.
"Um sorry to interrupt your convo but since you did it to us I think it's only fair to do it to you. We need to get by you guys." I looked behind me and saw Dakota. And of course her whole posse.
"Well look at the little cheerleaders and the soccer player." Jesse smirked and all of them rolled their eyes, including me. I pulled on Jesse's jacket and pulled him to the side where they could get through.
Brooke whispered in my ear as she walked by.
"Sit with us at lunch?" I nodded and she smiled but I didn't smile back, I never do.
"Now if you'll excuse me. I'm hungry." I walked around Jesse but he grabbed me by my wrist and pulled me back.
"Go out with me sometime?" He asked and smirked. I pretended to think about it then smirked and said,"Ask me again in 2 thousand and never." I walked pass him and into the lunch room successfully this time.
I walked over to where Dakota, Brooke, Chelsea, and Cheyenne were and they all smiled but again, I didn't smile back.
"So Rose, are you in any sports or interested?" Brooke asked.
"Well, at my old school, I was a cheerleader and I played soccer." I said and shrugged. I was gonna say but that changed when the incident happened, but I figured that that would bring up questions and I really didn't feel like answering any.
"Ooh! You could try out for the cheerleading team! Are you good?" Chelsea asked.
"I guess, I was captain on my old team but my school is probably different from this one. You guys probably have way better cheerleaders than we had." I said
"You never know until you try." Brooke said.
"So are you guys the typical cliché group of friends?" I asked to get the spotlight off of me. I was only fine with it when I wanted it.
"Yeah totally. Brooke's the most intelligent and level headed one, Chelsea's the airhead one, Cheyenne's the sensitive one, and I am the bossy one." Dakota said.
Next thing we know the cafeteria got extremely quiet. We all looked to where everyone else was looking and seen Jesse standing on one of the tables.
"Rose Carter, go out with me?" I rolled my eyes at the fact that he asked again. I stood on my table and crossed my arms.
"Jesse Collins, No!" I jumped off the table and walked out of the lunch room but not before seeing the shocked faces of everyone.
Now I'm known as the girl who rejected Jesse Collins.
