Peyton:Y/N love? How are you feeling?

Y/N:Like utter crap.My head is pounding...

Peyton:The doctor should be here soon.They said that you lost a lot of blood and had to get you a blood donor.

Y/N:I'm probably going to get fired! What was I thinking? Do they know?

Peyton:They're all caught up on the details Y/N.

Y/N:How long have I been out?

Peyton:Just a few days...just a few...

Y/N:Have I had any visitors?

Peyton:Lexi was just here actually, she's picking up some food for you.

Without a notice a smile crept from your lips.

Y/N:That's good news because I'm starving.

Peyton:I bet.

The door swings open with a thud.From the look in her eyes Lexi was suprised to see that you were up.

Alexa:Y-Y/N uh hey...

Y/N:Hey...

Alexa walks up to with the fast-food on hand.

Alexa:How are you feeling Y/N?

Y/N:Better now...

Alexa:T-thats good!

Y/N:Thanks for the-

She cut you off with a hug that formed tears from her eyes.

Alexa:Don't scare me like that again Y/N...please...

Y/N:I'm sorry for having you worry about me.I won't scare you again Lexi I swear.I hate seeing you cry Lexi...

The two of you stayed like this for awhile now without noticing the presence of Peyton who left the room shortly after.

Alexa:You should eat.Before the food gets cold.

Y/N:Right.

Peytons POV

What did I think was going to happen back there? When she ran into his arms a part of me wanted to scream,cry, and just hide.It feels like I'm being stabbed when I look back at the two of them.If only I had gotten there sooner...

Peyton left the Hospital almost a new person after her visit.Nobody knew what was going to make out to be later in the future for her.For an hour Alexa stayed by your side, keeping you of company.

Y/N:Hey Lexi?

Alexa:Yes?

Y/N:Before I passed out...I heard a voice reach out to me...was that you?

Alexa:It was,and let me tell you seeing you leak blood all over scared the hell out of me!

Y/N:Speaking of that topic...did Matthew...?

Alexa:I-I don't know, I haven't heard anything about his whereabouts.

Y/N:That's weird...did he even make it to the hospital?

Alexa:I don't know Y/N.

Y/N:That's strange

Alexa:On other news they said that they would dispatch by tomorrow.

Y/N:To be honest I feel fine.I feel like I could leave now and get back to work or something.

Alexa:You can relax Y/N.The ring can wait I promise.

Two days later you and Alexa were enjoying yourselves by the pool side of your house.

Alexa scanned you up and down checking you out, the scars healed well without leaving a trace.

Y/N:See something you like?

You were referring to her long gaze directed at you making her turn away.

Alexa:I was just checking the scar and bruises...

Y/N:Uh huh sure.

Alexa:I was don't flatter yourself!

Y/N:It's okay to let your feelings out Lexi,you genuinely love this bod...

She got to her feet and walked slowly over to you.Her finger traced your abs ever so playfully.She tilts her head in a manner that definitely could've gave you mixed signals.

Y/N:You play too much...

She hooked her thumbs to the trunks of your swim shorts staring at you with a lustful look on her face.

Alexa:Come play with me...

Y/N:I think I'll take you up on that offer Miss Bliss...

You picked her up and body slammed her into the pool with a huge splash.She swam back up with a mad look on her face.

Alexa:Y/N! I'm so getting you back!

Y/N:Oh come on, I thought we were playing?

You each splashed each other with water.This went on until both of you grew tired and hungry.

Alexa:Thanks Y/N.

Y/N:Thanks for what?

Alexa:For protecting me...
