Catch a Donnelly (BGT Auditions2019)

Charlie took a deep breath as she knocked on Joel's door he opened it not long after and looked at her standing there on the doorstep.

Joel" Charlie what's happened?" *leaning on the door frame*

Charlie" Joel we need to talk"

Joel" Come in, come in"*ushers Charlie in*

They both enter the living room and sit down to discuss.

Joel" Whats happened, what's going on?"

Charlie" You know that night we had two months ago"

Joel*sits back in the sofa* Yeah I remember that night how could I forget"

Charlie" Well, I may or may not be pregnant"

Joel then leaps up so quick he knocks his head on the low hanging lamp, he rubs his head with his hand and looks at Charlie with worry just spread across his face.

Joel" Wo knows about this, does your dad know?"

Charlie" No I haven't told him yet can you imagine his reaction no Stephen and Ali are the only ones that know"

Joel*sits back down*head in his hands* What are we going to do"

Charlie" Well I have to take a pregnancy test and if I'm not pregnant we can move past this"

Joel" And if you are?"

Charlie" Let's hope I'm not"

Both headed to bathroom after Joel went out and got a few pregnancy tests. Charlie took them from Joel and did the deed. She peed on five of them and when they looked it had one red line, all of them had one red line. Charlie looks at Joel and lets out a sigh of relief and she sits down with him on the bath.

Joel" Thank god for that, did you want to be a mum?"

Charlie" No, I don't think I'm ready, plus can you imagine the articles there would be Donnelly Daughter gives birth to a baby a year after her father, I don't think I could handle it"

Joel*puts his hand on Charlie's shoulder* I'm not sure I could be a dad not yet, do you think I would make a great dad"

Charlie" Maybe if you stopped being a kid yourself and stripping your clothes off"

Joel*lightly shoves Charlie* Thats not funny, never grow up that's my motto"

Charlie*lightly shoves Joel back*laughs* Yeah who wants to grow up and have responsibilities"

They both just sat there for a minute contemplating on what had just happened.

Charlie headed into the London Palladium for more BGT Auditions and headed to Stephens dressing room and knocked on the door. There was the sound of his voice and he said come in from the other side. Charlie opens the door and looks at Stephen standing there in his boxer shorts.

Charlie" You know I'm trying to remember a time when I opened your dressing room door and you weren't standing in your boxers shorts"*laughs*

Stephen*turns round*smiles* What I like chilling out in my boxers shorts be lucky I'm not naked when you walk in" *smirks*

Charlie" That's not funny"

Stephen*laughs*I thought it was funny, anyway what do you want?"

Charlie" I met with Joel"

Stephen*stops ironing his trousers*puts the iron down* Oh"

Both sit down on the couch and Stephen puts his hands on Charlie's.
