"Mmm..uhh" Jay groaned. Jay blinked a couple of times before her vision finally adjusted to the room she was in. "Jay, you awake?" a voice asked her. Jay looked and saw that the voice belonged to Sunfire, a member of the titans with her sister, and her sister's boyfriend. "Where are we, Ander?" Jay asked. "I don't know. They locked us in here. But look." Sunfire said, pointing across from them. Next to the two of them was the rest of the heroes who came with them. Like them, they were all locked in cages with two people in one cage. "We'll have to get everyone out of their cages if we want to find our friends." Sunfire explained. "Don't you have super strength?" Jay asked Sunfire. "Yeah. Why do you ask?" Sunfire said. "You can break the cage." Jay said, annoyed. "What does Grayson see in him?" Jay thought. As Sunfire was pulling apart the bars, electricity surrounded the cage, shocking him. "AHH!" he screamed letting go of the bars. "These cages are designed to work against your powers. It's simple. You try to escape, you hurt." a feminine voice said. A figure jumped down from up above, and landed in front of everyone.

The effects from the gas were finally wearing off, as the remaining heroes groaned as they awoke. "What have you've done with Nightwing and Nightclaw?" Batman demanded again. "We brought them home." she explained. The talon removed her mask to reveal an adult woman with long black hair and yellow eyes with small flakes of blue in them. "She can't be-" Red robin started to say. "Emily Grayson." The talon finished. All of the heroes remained somewhat calm when she said Emily's name. "Of course I know her name. She is my great-granddaughter after all." Vanessa said smiling. "And, soon she will take her rightful place in the court of owls." Vanessa continued. "Emily would never help you!" Sunfire shouted. "They might not want to. But they will." William said, joining his sister.

"Come on." I whispered to my brother as we snuck around the maze. The camera showed our friends and family here, fighting off waves of talons in the center of the maze. So, naturally, that's where we were going. "Hey, do you hear that?" Dick whispered to me. The sound of footsteps filled the halls. "Talons." we said in unison. The two of us quickly ran behind one of the maze walls, far away from the monsters trying to find us. Their footsteps stopped right where we were hiding. I held my breath, remaining quiet as could be. "Come on. Move away now, please." I thought. The sounds of footsteps continued again, and their footsteps became quieter and quieter as they moved farther away. "ahh." I breathed a sigh of relief, when they were gone. "Let's keep going." Dick stated. We continued running through the maze, looking for a sign as to where everyone may have gone. Once we reached the center of the maze with the fountain, I noticed all these small objects on the ground. I bent down to the ground and picked up a small gold cylinder. "They had to be here. These are bullet shells." I said as Dick walked over to me. I held up the shell to him so he could see it. "And these shells come from a type of bullets most commonly used by two people." I explained. "Jason and Rachel." Dick said. "And on the ground there's some skid marks. Someone was running pretty fast here." Dick said pointing to the ground. "And, they were heading to.." I said as I followed the trail. We stopped in front of a silver door with a busted handle. "The courtroom." Dick said.

"Well, this is just great." Arsenal said. "Is the sarcasm really necessary?" Red hood (Jason) asked. "Well, usually Nightwing and Nightclaw would be making some bad but funny jokes as they secretly come up with a plan to get out right about now." Arsenal replied. "Hopefully they're okay." Troia said with a sad but hopeful look in her eyes. "I would like to say that the two of them probably escaped. But, knowing them, they're probably still here." Batgirl said. "You better hope they haven't left." William Cobb said, walking in. "Otherwise, things might start to get worse for you." he said, with an evil look in his eyes as he smiled. William walked out of the courtroom where the heroes were to a side room where the leader of the court and Vanessa Cobb were talking. "Still no sign of them?" he asked his sister. "Nothing yet. But, the talons are still searching." Vanessa said. "Tell them to stop searching. They won't come out unless we make them." the masked leader said. "Then what would you have us do instead?" Vanessa asked. "Activate them. If they really do care about their friends, then they will come."he said.
